Love the mod and am using it in my playthroughs but:
    Just so you know.
Unresolved FormID [8E37CB66] and this unfortunately stops DynDOLOD in it's tracks.
The first property on the script attached to aaaAutoSmithingBarrel is missing it's item.

Almost perfect, except it's wayyyyy too cheap :/ It's tagged "faire and balanced" but, yeah, it's the price of Breezehome so it doesn't really make any sense right ? xD I love the mod tho, keep it up, the house is LOVELY!

    Regards <3

Just going to leave this here for any modders who create patches for bugs. This mod is in need of a ground texture patch for the tear right under the carriage drivers tent.. Not sure why that area tore, not even sure how that land area got changed, because this house was created on vanilla land from what I was told. Its a nice little mod, not much front yard room and little no no navmesh outside, or inside for that matter.. Its a shame this mod is broken because of that tear glitch.. Hopefully a modder who knows how to fix those types of issues will come along, and maybe add a few extra things as well.. We can only hope..

I was having this issue also.

If you are using immersive citizens, move silian manor below it and the gaps disappear...at least they do in my game.

I can second this. I had the gaps outside and moving it to the bottom of my load order fixed it.

This didn't work for me, so I uninstalled the mod. Only problem now is that the static meshes for the house are still there, just without the doors to get in. So uninstalling didn't remove it properly.

@kaisersozm8, Just in general, never uninstall a mod mid-game.  If you need to uninstall it, go back to a save from before it was installed.  You are seeing part of the reason why this "rule" exists.

The gaps, as the others have found, are there because even though the author correctly adjusted the landscape around the house, other mods come in behind this mod and change it.  Keep in mind that when you adjust load order, it is not just the "mod" order but also the plugin order that can come into play.  If this mod is last in both categories then the landscape will look as the author intended it.

Keep in mind that "last" is the ideal spot for every mod so that it works properly, and you can't have every mod last LOL  The way to deal with this, so you can have your cake and eat it, too, is to learn how to do conflict resolution in xEdit.  You can tweak the various issues (like landscape problems) yourself to accommodate your particular set of mods.  Every person's game setup is a little different based on the mod choices you make.

In Silian Basement at the very bottom of the armoury some of the shield racks are not working. This is the right side of the room... This has already happened in the Skyrim LE version... This could finally be fixed, because the house is very cool because of the large armoury etc.

Yeah it’s a awesome house! Trying to figure out how to mod just to fix that problem.

All of these houses are great, but Silian and the one near windhelm have issues with ground textures. Its a shame because the mod author quit updating them, and there are no patches as far as I know except for his blackthorn village.

Does anyone know of a patch for this and Northern Roads?  Both load toward the end of the load order, but if Silian Manor loads after  Northern Roads,  the roads are messed up. If Northern Roads loads after Silian Manor, the house floats off the ground on one side.

This mod is working, but its marked as light, and its not a light file.. If you DL this file, you have to mark it as a late loader. I still use this as a base of operations. Just posting this to those who are reading comments and are concerned about bugs and glitches. This mod is 100% working, just put it much lower in your load order.

EDIT: Still 100% working, but there is a tear near the carriage drivers tent the house has caused, and I have  no inclination as to why its there, because its nowhere near the house. Its caused by the house because its not there before I install the mod.

Hi there, I want to thank you for a great mod that blends formidably well with Solitude Exterior.

However, the plugin makes a few edits to interior cells that have nothing to do with the manor, are those edits necessary? Some are ITM's which I removed, others make simple edits like adding labels to locations like Erikur's house or the Blue Palace. The problem with these is that they override important changes made by mods loaded before Silian Manor. In my load order, I'm forced to load Silian Manor quite near the bottom, to win a conflic with the mod Landscape Fixes for Grass Mods or one of its addons. There are over 20 such edits which could pose a compatibility problem with a good number of mods. One example in my load order is Palaces and Castles Enhanced. So I deleted every interior record that was not Silian Manor (didn't make any changes to exterior worldspace, obviously). If I'm right and these edits are not needed for the mod to run as intended, maybe you could also clean them and publish a new version?

Here's a shapshot of xEdit to illustrate this issue:

There's more... Lots of worldspace edits that have nothing to do with the manor's location are edited and navmeshes are changed...

Yes, lots of stray changes to the world of Skyrim in this author's mods, and his last response on this page was 4 years ago (Nov 2016), shortly after the mod was uploaded.  I'm guessing that in order to turn out so many wonderful housing mods so quickly that a lot of duplication was used on his part, thus his mods even conflict with one another in totally opposite parts of Skyrim.  Because these mods are basically outdated, they also overwrite bug fixes put out by Update.esm and USSEP, reverting back to the original Skyrim.esm problems.

This is why we are so thankful to have xEdit so we can find and correct these issues ourselves!  These houses are fantastic!  They are definitely worth the effort to make a few changes ourselves here and there.

You're on the right track...just keep doing what you're doing!

I am new to all this editing etc.  Would you have a guide or general advice on how to do this, reverting his overrides that undo unofficial patch etc?   I love the aesthetics of this creators houses, I have several installed  that were made by him.  However I went from having almost zero crashes to know crashing frequently around his mods.

      Thanks

Hey y'all! If you're still having problems with the outside ground seam, download Skyfall Estate by the same mod author. It fixed mine when the load orders didn't, the only problem was that I ended up liking Skyfall better. Silian is good tho if you want to be close to Solitude.
