On updating these tweaks when a new version of Beyond Reach is released:
PLEASE BE PATIENT and DO NOT PM for this. Each update to Beyond Reach will take me around 7-8 hours of work, which I cannot always do immediately. ANY update (no matter how small) for me basically means:
- Redownloading Beyond Reach, Notice Board and these patches, which takes quite a while due to my slow internet. (20 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload and a 150 GB monthly download limit, which downloading these will take quite a chunk of.)
- Extracting all BSAs.
- Copying everything as override from the new ESP, and compare that to the old ESP, to see what has updated exactly.
- Forwarding all these changes.
- Reuploading the modified patches. (which again might take a while due to my internet)
Doing this every so often really gets me burned out on all of this. So, please be patient.
That said, if anyone wants to help me keep the tweaks up to date, it would be a huge help. That way I can focus on actually making mods, rather than this endless process of updating.
I can't get the Priestess or her guard to spawn to start the quest; I've set the start level using console and edited the value of the ESP as well, I've tried fast travelling and re-entering different cities, waiting, etc, but the priestess won't spawn. Moving to her with console just brings me to the holding cell.
I didn't actually want the delayed start, but now I can't get it to start at all; I tried setting it to a level lower than my current one, as well as setting to the level above mine and levelling up,
Anyone have a solution? I'd like to experience the dialog from the initial encounter rather than brute-forcing the carriage quest into starting, but nothing I've been able to find fixes the encounter not happening
Looks like the cloak's meshes use the LE version,it doesn't display properly in game.I don't see the evermore guard apparel it,when my actor apparel it,that show red exclamation mark.
And the Skyrim Border Tweak have some problem too,in my game,the road go to high rock has blocked by mountain rock.I use plugins "More Informative Console"and click it in consoles mode,the information shows that the mountain rock comes from your mod,can you check it?
I reinstall the mod,the cloak can display now,but it seems have not physical effects or swing animation,it just paste on the back of the actors.And I see the pattern on the shield is not centered,will you fix on future?
This is happening to me as well! Essentially the cape has no movement, it just kind of slides along with the NPC attached at their shoulders instead of bending when they walk etc
I have the same error with the cape with Beyond Reach characters. The cape is static and does not follow the player's movements, when riding a horse, the cape stays on top of the npc. In my case it only happens with loke
Yes, I understand some people are having an issue. However, simply replying "I have the same issue." or "The cloak is stiff." isn't helpful to me. Can someone please show a screenshot/video of this issue? I cannot replicate it on my end. As I tested this on an otherwise Vanilla setup, it is highly likely to be a conflict with another mod. (Probably an animation mod?)
Yes, you need to start the Main Quest of Beyond Reach for the path to become accessible. This is done to avoid the player getting there before they started that quest.

it makes some armor sets invisible on the body just wanted to inform you ; w ;
I've tried downloading that mod, but for some reason the download fails each time halfway. I had to stop trying at a certain point, as my monthly download limit is getting close. I'll attempt again next month.
hey. thanks for the mods! I've used your delayed start and rest of ESPs here for some time now. On my current playthrough, I cant seem to be able to trigger the start of the quest. I am level 28 already and have been to Whiterun after level 25 and didnt meet the npcs. These are the mods related to Beyond Reach that I am using - Sky flip - Modpocalypse - Missives - Beyond Reach ( I think I added this one recently ) - Map flip - Temper recipes - Delayed Start - Skyrim border tweak - Unofficial fixes hub
I have not changed the variables at any point. So it should be default level 25 without Lover req. What do you think could be causing this? Thanks in advance
EDIT: I just did an attack of Markhart as a Stormcloak with OCW mod and Oliver was there in the streets.
Hey, the delay start seems to be working great, but I want to have the Mara Quest Delay on by default, rather than having to use the command each time. Is there a way to set that on my own? Ive not messed with xedit before but I imagine its something that I can get a couple steps on how to?
1. Open this mod in xEdit. 2. In the left pane, expand the ESP -> global 3. Look for a global called "ArnimaStartMaraReqEnabled" and select it. 4. In the right pane, set the value from 0.0000 to 1.0000. 5. Save the change and exit xEdit.

is the patch merge-able? even it's already esl, just want to reduce plugins count.
