you can patch it using this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6536?tab=description
edit: oh damn didn't realise the comments are like 2 years old, well if anyone else is interested^^ i managed to get it working somewhat, though there was a floating knife (that i disabled via console) and no plant pot.
I noticed below that the occupant/player-character must be a Dark Elf. I noticed the racial starts as well. Is it possible to patch this so that an alternate race character may purchase the home and bequeath it to a Dark Elf follower? I'd love to give the place to Jenassa using, "My Home is Your Home." Long shot, I know. Just wondering.
I know this comment is almost six years old, but to clear up any confusion : any character of any race can buy this apartment. It was just made to fit nicely with the Windhelm racial starting option for Dunmer, but it's not a requirement by any means. And no alternate start mod is required either to make full use of the mod.
I view this player home mod as the standard at which other player home mods should be judged.
- Conveniently accessible named storage - Stylish and static, neat clutter that can't be displaced - Architecturally logical - No superfluous features shoehorned in (NPCs, auto-undressing baths, massive vaults, 150 mannequins, different wings sprawling through load screens, cheat items or additions beyond player home functionality)
A couple notes: - The third floor is unnecessary for characters that can't or don't want to adopt children. Doesn't hurt to have though. - The small shrine of Azura in the house is perfect for Dunmer characters or characters that follow Azura. But if yours doesn't, you can easily remove it with the console and it'd wouldn't look like anything's missing.
are the items on the shelves real pick-upable items or just decoration? im playing in vr and i hate it when theres items that look like i should be able to grab them but i cant
