Some of the presets make use of overlays. If you do not have the respective mods for said overlays, you get weird issues like the one you described. You should be able to easily solve this by going to the Makeup and Bodypaint tabs and resetting all the options to default (alternatively, set them to any option available to you and change their colour to the point the respective overlay disappears).
These presets look great. The Nord 2 is by far my favorite. It looks great. Thanks for sharing.
However when I import that Nord 2 HPH into racemenu, the face structure look completely different (the eye shape, mouth shape, nose shape etc). I'm not entirely sure how accurate this is, but based on what I've seen from other HPH presets, you need both the .jslot file (which you have provided) and the sculpt file (by exporting the head through racemenu) in order to get the same face structure.
Probably a long shot, but do you happen to have the sculpt file for the Nord 2 preset?
Sorry, I don't have the sculpt file for it, I am afraid. Are you 100% sure that you would need it? Back when I created these presets I never had any issues with just the .jslot being used.
That's all good. I don't really know much about the intricacies of how Racemenu saves .jslot files and how it works when imported on another PC. However, I have tried a couple of other HPH presets from different authors and by using both of the provided .jslot and sculpt files together, I was able to get the exact same face structure. So my assumption is that you'd need both files to guarantee to get the same result.
I downloaded Elysium (the modlist used during the creation of the Nord 2 preset) again to see if I could replicate your issue. I didn't notice anything off, however. All that was different was due to different mods being used in the current version of said modlist. I uploaded the sculpt files for Nord 2 (found under Optional Files), so you can check if that is indeed the issue for you. If it isn't, I'd assume it's simply due to the way I took my pictures, with the angle and the lighting being confusing, obscuring certain parts of the face etc.
Oh thank you. I appreciate that. I have good news, It works. I've taken a couple of screenshots to show the difference.
Using the .jslot file only.
Using both .jslot and .sculpt files.
Some of my own personal edits upon (2) to make it closer to your image (I'm using Bijinn skin as well).
Thanks alot for downloading the game/modlist again. I'll definitely be using this Nord preset. Might even make a follower out of it when/if i have time.
EDIT: For future reference, this is the procedure I used:
Select appropriate race in the menu.
Import preset.
Go to Sculpt > Import Head
What if you have a neck seam after importing the head? (which i did when i imported the Nord 2 head...a very small neck seam but still visible)
Reset your face.
Repeat steps 1 and 2.
BEFORE importing the head, use the "Mask Add" feature just like in this video (timestamps between 0:40 and 1:02).
Nice presets! Which eyebrow are you using on the Imperial 2? because i installed the "Brows" mod from the requirements and is not the same as the screenshots :(
Tough question. Frankly, I don't remember. The requirements on the Despription tab are for my older non-HPH presets. Imperial 2, however, was one of the more recent ones I created using the Licentia modlist. Said modlist has gone through many iterations since I made this preset, so it might have changed what it uses for the brows. I didn't keep track of every single little change and haven't touched Skyrim in quite a bit either. Long story short, if it hasn't changed, Xenius Character Enhancement (+ Bijin Skin) might be what you're looking for. No guarantee, though. Sorry.
HPH presets look different from the screenshots... Especially elves. Maybe i need sculpt files of these characters to make in work? To load in sculpt mode after loading preset like in Evelyn - a High Poly Racemenu preset SE
They may look different depending on what skin mods, ENB etc. you are using besides the minimum requirements. The last time I tested them, they worked just fine right out of the box, i.e. loading sculpt files shouldn't be necessary.
I only listed the requirements in general based on what Racemenu showed me and what I had active in Mod Organizer at that time. These requirements can be found under the "Description" tab. But, you are correct that I have not listed the requirements for any single preset specifically. As I don't have Skyrim installed and set up on my PC at the moment, I also won't be able to provide you with such a list, sorry.
Just downloaded and excited to try! I kind of like cheered when I looked through the preview images, I just feel like the presets perfectly capture the personas I've been thinking of. I mean just exactly what I'd envisioned. Thank you!
