This mod adds a few trees, all snowy pines, inside Windhelm, I think about 30-40. The trees in the photo are from Skyrim Flora Overhaul - Trees Only, and the lighting is from ENB Re-Engaged. Navmesh adjusted, cleaned in SSEEdit. Not compatible with any mods that also add trees to Windhelm, but otherwise compatible with everything else. No performance impact, as the additions are fairly minimal.
I found it important to add only snowy pines, as those trees are indigenous to the area of Windhelm. I also felt that they were aesthetically pleasing to the city. The trees are placed out of the way, so their appearance is subtle.
