   Ulfric uses the Greybeard version of the shout which can disintegrate opponents with low health. There are two different versions of this shout. I think someone made a txt file where you can use the dragon and greybeard versions of shouts as well by using console dragonshouts.bat. It uses the txt file as a batch file. The greybeard version is closer to the lore version where tongues used this shout to blow the gates off palaces and such.

   I agree with the use of the Orc voice. It near perfectly match's Ulfric gruff sound.

   well i have the problem of being knocked down then having to reload so i can keep moving straight so funny but at the time no so Kind regards

   I think you should have given him the "Nord" voice type since he's a Nord and would be more lore-friendly. But it's still a good fix.

      There are sadly no Thu'um voice files for the MaleNord voicetype, I thought that the Orc voice files sounded close enough to his unique voice,

      IMO it sounds a little highpitched to go with Ulfric's voice, but I can upload alternate voice files for that later on.
