Straightforward port from LE, no changes made from mannygt's last version

ESP converted to ESL with master SKYUI_SE stripped so LOOT won't give errors. Still requires main file, SkyUI SE and SKSE. Either delete the .esp or Information > Optional ESPs to move the esp to /Optional folder.

Replace either previous ESL or original ESP with this plugin.
