M02 user here, used this with GSPosers SE ?and GomaPeroPosesSE

    1) Install PoserHotKeys through MO2
    2) Install [Poser Mod] as normal through MO2
    3) Make copy of [Poser Mod] on your desktop.
    4) Rename the folder name to "data" so when you open the folder you'll see the files "Meshes, Scripts, Textures" etc.
    5) Find and open the PoserDataGen.exe file from PoserHotKeys (opening it through MO2 or through file explorer, it doesn't matter).
    6) Target your desktop when it asks you to find your skyrim directory.
    7) Click "Generate Poser Data"
    8) Copy the "skse" folder from the generated poser data.
    9) Paste to either your overwrite folder in MO2 OR paste it back into the original installed [Poser Mod] folder (through MO2, right click, file explorer)

I don't know whether it made a difference running the .exe from MO2, but I didn't need to do steps 8 and 9, it automatically placed the files in the overwrite folder.

      Worked perfectly! Thanks!

Homeboy wasn't kidding, this bad bish can run on AE no problem! Yes, MCM and everything. Yes, I will teach you, my friends.

    How to Install:

    1. Get the required mods. I used Nemesis and Mfg Fix instead of FNIS and Opparco Mfg.
    2. Download this mod with your mod manager, either Vortex or MO. Don't complain if you use NMM, it's outdated.
    3. Get your poser packs and download those as well, you should have at least one. Install/deploy your mods.
    4. Now, you need to run PoserDataGen.exe! You will find it included in this mod in the file "PoserDataGen." It doesn't matter where you run it from, just click on it.
    5. It will open and search for your Skyrim directory, aka "Skyrim Special Edition"
      Spoiler:
      Show

    6. Run PoserDataGen.exe, it will now search for all your poser packs. Close the program when it is done.
    7. Run Nemesis/FNIS. Bonus: Nemesis will tell you if your animations have something wrong!
    8. Open Skyrim and check that everything works. You should now have an MCM for PoserHotkeys and working poses.

If it doesn't work, try checking your SKSE logs and see if PoserHotKeys was registered correctly.

I cannot get this to work  on AE and I followed the instructions and I am so upset. I have everything installed, several pose mods, did everything in order yet in the game : No posers found in the mcm. I don't know why because I have been trying like an hour now :(

When you launch Posergen, uncheck all that is not from a poser mod, like FNIS behavior or anything that need FNIS but don't have to be in the posergen even if posergen show them, just check posermod animations and generate the data, then it will show up in your mcm, i got this pb also.

Hey I was wondering, did you ever do a consistence check in fnis? I just did and all of the pose mods say missing animfile. The poses still work in game but maybe thats why poser hotkeys isnt working? Currently trying to figure out how to fix the consistence issue. I've tried reinstalling the posers, rerunning poserdatagen, nothing so far. I'll keep you updated

Pretty odd you haven't any pack.  I do all the time i install a new poser and it works. Im on Vortex so, posergen is launched from it and fnis also, Vortex manage all folders game I don't need to go anywhere myself to change something to make it work. You probably have a conflict? idk. Check only poser mod you really know they are from poser and generate again, uncheck boxes that are not from any poser known, even if it's a dance. I only check boxes from poser mods only, if i see something that have animation but it's not from a poser mod but rather from a basic mod, i uncheck the boxe in posergen.

@ Poisonousgore I followed the pinned instruction and the mcm shows up (as with most mods, you can make it show by saving then reloading, opening your mod configuration menu, closing it and not opening it again until the next step, waiting up to about 3 minutes, then it should register the mcm and you can then open the menu) but I don't get any packs to show up so I can't help with that :(

I've had the same problem. After an hour I've figured out that the data was generated in the Skyrim LE path. I went to "Steam/steamapps/common" and there I found a "skyrim"  folder containing the generated pose data, just move that to your Special Edition folder. Hope this fixes your problem.

Files generated could be in your poser mod file check there. At least they were there in MO2.

Looked through almost every page of comments and can't find a single other person with my issue (Typical for me.. Gdi)

Hi, when I press "Show Pose" nothing happens.

Literally no animation plays. It just says in the upper left corner that it's playing my currently selected pose, and my character just continues doing their idle animation.

Doesn't work with NPCs under my crosshair either. It says in the upper left corner that the pose is playing, but nothing happens.

I don't know if this may be the case, but I've noticed that some files still get exported in the Skyrim LE path. Check if you have something in the Oldrim path and move that to the SE one.

Can't get the poses to show in the Poser Hotlkeys MCM. I tried both sticky'd methods which did not work. I ran poserdatagen from my game directory, as well as an executable through MO2 from my game directory. (Yes, I'm running FNIS)

-I'm on SKSE 2.1.5, Skyrim 1.6.353. Every mod requirement is of the appropriate version.

-It is NOT a Papyrus issue as I use wet function redux which heavily relies on it.

-The poses themselves work fine when I use the rings (GamoPero and GS Poses) but I cannot get them to show up in the MCM.

    Any tips?

In your skyrim data folder, you'll see poserdatagen. Open that folder and there will be an exe. The exe is how to load the pose packs onto the MCM

People who are using MO2 and have the problem of Poserdategen don't find the skyrim folder : Install Poser hotkey like a normal mod, launch poserdategen through Mo2 (or not, like you want, explorer is fine too) and select the file /steamapps/common/Skyrim Special Edition. Not more, not less. Then run it, locate the file created with all pose you converted and make a mod from it called "PoserdataGen Output", like this it's clean.

    IMPORTANT for AE users!

To fix the empty poser slots and all hotkeys being set to esc.: Make sure you have installed ConsoleUtilSSE and PapyrusUtil AE (Including their required mods). Otherwise follow the guide from cupcakeninja64

This mod is working on AE. I just followed cupcakeninja64's tutorial on this page. Simple is good viability!
If you use MO2, run PoserDataGen.exe with MO2 run button. (You need to add the excutable file to MO2.)
If it is not your first time runing PoserDataGen.exe, go  'Modding\ModOrganizer\My mod\overwrite\PoserDataGen\'   or   'Modding\ModOrganizer\My mod\mods\Poser Hotkeys1.0\PoserDataGen\'  delete PoserDataGen.txt () to have cleaner data.

How do I set the directory? I go to do the PoserDataGen.exe and it says it can't find the whatever files, so I try to set the directory, but no matter what I do, the thing keeps popping up saying "Can't find blahblahblah". I'm about to just not use this mod. I really want to, but I don't have the sanity to deal with something not working, and having no idea how to fix it. I tried reading through the description, reading through the posts, even looked it up on Google, but couldn't find anything. I have no Idea what in Oblivion to do, so could someone please help me out. Also, I don't speak computer-whiz, because I don't deal with this stuff that much so please use common words.

I haven't. I spent about two and a half hours trying to get it to work, with no success. However, the Halo Poser on Loverslab has a ring version you can use. That version doesn't need this and it's really easy to use (albeit a little tedious).

for me, when i chose the directory i clicked on the skyrim special edition folder and that was it. nothing inside. but i never got poser packs to show up in the game. so i ended up in the same posistion as you, using the rings.

How in Oblivion did you manage to set the directory? No. Never mind. I honestly couldn't care less. The rings work and that's all that matters to me. The only reason I wanted this to work was because in Fallout 4, I use AAF and there's a mod called "The One Patch To Rule Them All", and that allows me to use all of my pose packs without having to worry about juggling rings or messing around with console commands. But hey, you win some, you lose some.

I dont know what to do. I can't see it at all in my MCM. I have everything downloaded that is needed. No errors on the way. Everything is generated. But it wont show up for me in game at all :(
Im using Vortex and I have added post gen program there and the directory of exe I used from Skyrim Data folder.

Hi! I had the same problem, but i hit ~ to type the command showracemenu. Then, checked the mcm. It didn’t show up at first, but i waited a minute and was about to save the game, where i saw it had cleared all my saves as if i started a new game. Then i got the notif “mcm registered a new menu” and it showed up!
