may i ask would it be possible for the Banners in the Solitute Fortress (Were you join the imperials) to be replaced after conquering Solitude aswell? :)
I wasn't aware of the issue until it was requested earlier today on XB1. Never got that far always building! I have not even explored Heathfire yet! Maybe one day I will get to finish the game. Maybe?
