P.S Not gonna say that v3.0 video is OLD, Actually it is new and fresh, but in v3.1+ some effects are tweaked, MCM rebuilded, plus added camera effects which some of them actually can be seen in raining scene.
Fully uninstall v3.2.2 before installing 3.5 as there are significant changes in the new version.
Main changes & Additions: ====================== + RASS now needs Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID), RASS will work without it, but NPC and Creatures will not have visual effects. It is a very powerfull tool which can make some things a lot easier. Spells for npc and creatures now destributed through SPiD. No more "cloak" spells to make magic happen, and by product of this >= even more performance, not to say that RASS is already super performance friendly.
+ Particles and Membranes now separated from each other, so in example now you can enable ash membrane and disable its particles or disable snow membrane and enable its particles, and etc.
+ Enhanced Ash Camera Lens Effect
+ Removed night versions of snow/wetness membrane as they were bugging out some other things, because of them i could not make some important toggles work correctly.
+ Put Is3DLoaded() check for the breathing scripts. So no more papyrus log spamming and rare ctds, i hope. (If i put this check correctly)
+ Another take to make camera lenses not to stuck. This one is a very strange monster. With my load order i could not reproduce this bug at all and i tried very maniacally. But some of you had this bug.
+ Vampire players no longer release cold breath.
Misc: ====== + Reorganized RASS MCM menu a bit.
+ Removed ESP version
+ Removed Book version, MCM is a must have now. Too much hassle with the book version.
Known Issues: ============= By some reasons SPiD doesn't want to distribute spells to some NPC and creatures. Like for those two horses in the stables near Windhelm. Carriage horse is fine and dandy, but those two just don't, no matter what.
================================== To make some of the effects more dimmer ==================================
Fill/Texture Effect - Presistent Alpha Ratio Fill/Texture Effect - Full Alpha Ratio
Edge Effect - Presistent Alpha Ratio Edge Effect - Fall off Edge Effect - Full Alpha Ratio
Basically lower numbers = dimmer (but not always, depends on the effect). You can experiment with it. Otherwise making a ton of patches for enb will be a nightmare to me.
FWIW, if you are running an ENB and you find that all actors, including yourself, have a bluish "enchanted" effect around them during rain, the easiest fix is to disable the "membrane' for rainy weather in the MCM. Since modern ENBs have their own rain effects, it's not even strictly necessary.
It seems that my snow membrane has disappeared, there are only particle but no membrane although I picked the full option. I'm using Enhanced Blood Texture + Dirt and Blood, could this be the problem? The rain membrane is working well though.
Im using wet and cold - gear with RASS. Do they still need a patch for the ash weather? Did you found another patch for W&C and RASS or patched them yourself? If you managed to patch them, how did you do it?
@AeresTargarien I made myself a little patch here, I'm also using WAC - Gear. Rass should work with WAC weather now. But to apply these new conditions on my end, I have to clean reinstall RASS (disable rass -> make a save without rass in game -> clean save with resaver-> install this patch and re-enable rass) so that the script is reset with these new conditions. I tried turn off and on settings in MCM but the script didn't reset so I went with my method above. But you can try to see if it works for you so you can ignore the re-install hassle.
If I want ash AND the dripping from swimming, can I still use wet and cold patch alongside the patch you linked, or do I need to remove Wet and Cold all together?
@DJCBM If you read the first post here in this thread Dark mentions the WaC patch is outdated, hence why they made the patch provided in the link, so you drop/unistall the one you have, for the patch in.the link.
@Tyra776 2 ways 1-just drop the file inside the Data folder with the other .esp files. 2- Better - Make a new folder called: data, put the esp in there, then zip the folder and give it a name like " WaC patch" then install it like any other mod, that way you can keep track and avoid loose files that you don't remember later what they are for.
I realize its been a while since last update so may not be interested in doing it, but if you haven't already, is it possible to add a toggle to the vampires not receiving breath? I know its not very lore friendly...but i really like it
Maybe it's ENB but the snow shaders are too intense for me to feel it's realistic. My character is white. Anyway to tone the shader down a bit?
Edit: fingers crossed it stays this way, I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it seems more tame. Before the shaders were like Frostfall where I basically was a white statue lol.

Effect Shader:
=====> RASS_FX_Ash
=====> RASS_FX_Snow
=====> RASS_FX_Rain
And Change parameters in:
Fill/Texture Effect - Presistent Alpha Ratio
Fill/Texture Effect - Full Alpha Ratio
Edge Effect - Presistent Alpha Ratio
Edge Effect - Fall off
Edge Effect - Full Alpha Ratio

Я очень хочу, чтобы ваш мод работал с Wet Function Redux SE. Мне нравится, как мой персонаж бегает с влажной кожей и мокрой одеждой, выдыхая пар.The mod doesn't work for me at all. Even the MCM menu does not appear
You can easily fix this by selecting only particles in the MCM. :)
Did you found another patch for W&C and RASS or patched them yourself?
If you managed to patch them, how did you do it?

Nope still super white when snowy.
