the spell tome is on a crate next to the well in the center of raven rock. i copied the frost atronach thrall spell, substituted the conjure seeker spell the seekers already use to summon allies, and removed the atronach perks that would not have worked anyway. its basic, no frills, and the seeker is kind of slow.
