(optional) Download and install if you want The Southerner Diaries by Pat Mahoney / NEVERMOREPJM in addition to the music in the merge, keep the The Southerner Diaries - A Soundtrack Expansion.esp enabled! Just make sure my Soulmancer Music plugin is placed after it in your load order ; compatibility has it been integrated into the Main Merge Mod to reference The Southerner Diaries, but NEVERMOREPJM would like their mod to remain independent. Updated 3.0
Added some tracks from Enderal Music for Skyrim Special Edition Released Beyond Skyrim: Bruma OST for Skyrim and Solstheim Add On (optional and for Non-Bruma users) Moved a few tracks around, and replaced a few tracks in the main Soundtrack Merge... Improvements!
Unless a new music mod comes along or I get permission from Symphony of Skyrim, I am now considering this pretty much finished, it has exceeded my expectations. I ended up including more music then I had originally hoped and planned... I will continue to support this mod though and make fixes and improvements if needed.I would like to create better documentation of which/where every track plays and from what music mod they are from.
Updated 2.5 Added both Dreams and Nightmares plus Dawn of Hope soundtrack. And further improved / adjusted conditions and locations of many tracks through the entire mod.
Updated 2.6 Cleaned ITM's / Dirty edits left over from personalized music base plugin
Note:
I've resolved some issues in the misc patches and flagged most of em as ESL and also uploaded a few more combinations for your convenience... If you have a patch request or compatibility question please ask..
OCTOBER 15TH: Realistic Waters Two
RWT was updated recently, and the RWT patch for my music merge is no longer required... It is obsolete and should be removed if you are using RWT 2.0+
The Elder Songs is no longer an esp, instead it has 7 different esp's for each scenario; explore, town, tavern, 2 dungeons, combat, and castle, do we just disable all of them?
Thank you very much ! Missing Lorkhan and Nyghtfall for it to be perfect, but that's still more than enough! :D Must have taken a long time so thanks! :D
Yah, but not without some tedium due to my poor workflow early on when organizing the mod. You would have to convert the custom MM tracks to mp3 and listen to them to identify the specific tracks.
Question: Is this mod compatible with mods that add new lands, such as Wyrmstooth, the Land of Vominheim, or Grey Clow of Nocturnal? What will happen to the music when traveling to those territories?
If they just use the vanilla play lists then they will play music from this mod yes, if a mod uses custom music lists for it's cells and world spaces then those will be preserved entirely without my music.
If you used a Bashed, Smatch, Synthesis, or other kind of patch, I'd steer clear of trying to ESLify or make this a light plugin. The records will not properly forward to your patch, and best case you'll simply have areas with no music at all. This is one of those amazing mods that completely transforms the game and requires the plugins it comes with. Trust Kulharin that what can be esl is, and what should be esp is. Look elsewhere to free up space in your load order.
The folder Explore - Night contains 32 tracks, and a Track limit 30.txt file. MMExploreNight01-29 and MMExploreNightTown01-03. Will this cause any issues for exceeding the number of tracks in this folder?
If I want to add a couple more custom songs, I just use the naming convention in those folders? Is there a specific folder or just the ones that have the txt saying what the max is?
Yah just use the folder and file naming convention for the specific folders. There is a max limit though, exceeding that you'll need to add tracks in the plugin.

Thank you so much!
Do you know of any land mods that need a patch or aren't compatible with Soulmancer?
Thanks so much for your reply!
