I guess by the picture, these are hips. These are custom textures and could look like this on them, as they have a very strange normal map from the looks of it.
The body. If you know about normal maps, you can see it has a "wavy" normal map, probably to give the impression of a furry body or an aging body. Or maybe a "wet" body.

Great mod! A "small" addition that makes snowy weathers far way more immersive! I'm using ENB and a weather mod. Even using the "ENB Version" I still get the character sorrounded by a "white skin" that glitches over the character tattoos and makes the characters brighter in shadows. However I managed to get rid of this simply changing two parameters using SSEDIT. 1- Open "getsnowy.esp" in SSEDIT 2- go to: Effect Shader - getSnowyShader 3- set: "Edge Effect - Persistent Alpha Ratio" and "Edge Effect - Full Alpha Ratio" to "0" 4- Close SSEDIT Now I get your great snow effect on my character without those downside. Hope it helps and thanks again for this great mod! Endorsed!
Thanks! This worked to stop the full body glow, but now the individual flakes on the armor/horses glow/twinkle like stars even in pitch black areas. At least it's 10x better than the full body glow.
Obsidian patch needs updated or something. I'm not doing anything special with my game mod wise and the snow on my character at night is way too bright.
Hmm... I see you've downloaded the Get Snowy - ENB version. Are you using that? Try it and if it doesn't mitigate this issue, try the LE v4 ENB version textures. Let me know if any of those two versions work.
Does it work with the mod where you get dirty or have blood on body when being hit? Do I have both effects active then or will the mods fight each other and overwrite their effects?
1) Can I make an ESL version of getSnow.esp? It will be safetly for game?
2) Why ENB Version have 3 ESP? Not 2 ESL and 1 ESP as main version.
3) Does this alone texture (from main folder here) replacing W&C base texture, which suiting on NPCs and creatures in game? I mean, snow glowing on them. If you understand me. Cos I'm using another glowing textures as addons for W&C, but I didn't see any replacings in my MO2.

2) Because the extra files are patches for other mods and you need to use them if you want to load my mod together with the other mods.
3) Yes.
