Like what I see so far. I found the obstical, just as you leave the stairs. Its annoying but not enough to remove the mod. But, I do need your help. I want to be able to spawn an npc into the house and need your map or instructions on how to.
Edit: I was able to figure a way to spawn an npc into the building so that is taken care of, but I noted that the bed seems to be occupied. I click on it and the Player freeze at location. Clicking is again I get a message that it is occupied. Cheers
I just downloaded this and absolutely love it! the location is perfect, and it's decorated so well. This was mentioned earlier, and says it's fixed, but the invisible obstacle in the basement is still there. Hope you can fix this when you can.
I always travel with one follower now, occasionally two. I didn't pay attention to if this house would accomodate that and apparently it doesn't since no follower will enter it. Dang, that's a deal breaker for me. And this is such a cute little place and perfect for staying a night or two in Riverwood.
It does work well otherwise though, so I'm recommending it anyway.
Thanks for the feedback, not actively working on this mod at the moment due to other commitments, but adding navmeshes for followers is something i'd like to get around to at some point :)
I've Included Navmeshes as part of the 1.50 Update - followers should now be able to enter the home. Let me know if you get a chance to try this mod again sometime. Cheers.
More Informative Consoles marks the "Personal Chest" at the bed as unsafe. Just thought some people may want to know about this.
Edit: Disregard that, I don't know what I'm talking about. After asking around how to fix this issue, someone told me to check xEdit and see what the Encounter Zone is set to. As it is set as NoResetZone, it's all good.
This is a great first home for the game, and for my play style as I don't use followers, wife or kids. Also, even though I do "collect" the other properties, I use the mod Dragonborn Crafting Hall for most of my crafting needs and it just happens to sit right under this house. Across 4 characters, I've had no problems between the two mods at all, so, if possible, maybe you could look into a trap door or something connecting the two would be perfect.

Need Help.
You need to open barter and look for the key.
Edit:
Nevermind, saw your bug report. Will investigate there.
