I have plans to move it. Once I am not so busy with work I will most likely make a cave or something to move it to.
You could move it to Karstaag's throne room in Solstheim, so that people who want it have to reach Solstheim, survive the DLC and beat Karstaag as well.
Also, the time stop used by Dio lasted exactly 9 seconds, and tbh it's more than enough to hack everything to death...
That is actually a great idea! When I finally have time to work on this some more, I think I will move it to the thrones room and reduce the effect time to 9 second. Thanks for the suggestion!
Apart from crashing how is this any different from the vanilla stop time shout. It reminds me of the mod that adds nords to skyrim. To say, it didn't do anything.
I don't know if it is because I have the Ultimate shouts mod (which improves vanilla shouts), but the time stop lasts 2 MINUTES instead of 30 seconds. Is it a bug or something?
I am working on removing the blur. I am sure i am overlooking something simple, but all I have managed so far is remove the coloring but the blur is still there. I will up load a blur free version once I figure it out
