Thank you for such a well needed mod ..... Some people slag the Hearthfire DLC but I think it was quite well done, especially with a few mods.
This mod fixes one of the issues this Hearthfire if you play with minimal fast travel and Frostfall. Getting all the materials is painful enough that you just don'twant to bother. Even cleaning out local dungeons and local resources as well as the local town ..... you still don't have near enough resources to develop your BYOH. If the local vendor only has limited gold .... it makes the probem worse.

Perhaps the only other Hearthfire mod that need to be made now are one that gives you Breezehome for free after you killl the first dragon seen in an age.There is one but it never worked properly for me. I have a feeling this would require very careful scripting to get working.
