Audio is now wav instead of xwm

Added my fog dimmer fix to be part of the mod for rain (will make it optional in the future its just a bit of work to get it cot/rain/fog only)
Makes steam a bit more transparent too you might notice it in ruins with steam but not much.
changed the color of the sun to look natural during fog weather instead of red.
tweaked with thunder weather settings more (still not satisfied completely working on it)
set volumetrics to vanilla settings for now (looks better with enbs and shadows aren't as stark during certain times of the day going in and out of shadows)
Anyhow I think its a good update and things to come are more rain/thunder tweaks. Theres currently only 1 fog for CoT so expect for that to get expanded on especially for specialty places like Solitude and Riften.
I might make the minty like thunder that was added in 5.4 an optional esp instead with a book or ring or something to control ranges and stuff like mintys was too better tweak lightning weathers.
So yeah chuggin along one of my goals is to keep the color scheme and stuff about the same while making enbs look better with CoT.
-Edited the rolling fog texture to look more smooth and work better at night
-Added a extra rain texture to the fomod to replace new texture if using ENB's to look better
-Rain during the new thunder is more natural (longer between bursts and randomized distance more)
-New thunders Nifs have been edited to have a tinge of purple instead of being more blue
-Edited rain to properly use the correct default ids based on particles so if you want to use another texture for rain like true storms or real rain ect theres less to make the mods compatible. (If you have RealRain Cot or Truestorms with the Cot patch dont use those anymore. Just install the vanilla mod after installing this one or try this out for a few days to see how you like it.)
-Edited rains that look light but sound medium to heavy rain to sound light again.
-Made rains with special effects such as leaves and dirt to revert to light rain for now.
To test some of the edited rains open console and type
"fw 1044830"(lightrain) or "fw 1044831"(heavyrain) or "fw 1044836"(heavyrain rolling fog)
Oh and to adjust the "mintylike thunder" during thunderstorms you can adjust these globals in console
to change something like coteffectfrequency type
"set coteffecfrequency to x"
lower would be faster higher would be even slower and the other variables kinda are testible except the sizes are dependent on your ugrids. so if you go beyond that you might not see the effect.
These of course will only work if its during a thunderstorm weather so I would use "fw 1044831" or "fw 1044836" while changing these globals to see whats being changed.
****The errors mentioned below wont effect your game and will be fixed in the next update as well as the sound files being reverted to wave or I might just make them a separate optional to dl (depends on size of files) so please I dont need a bunch of comments on that ;p.
