If you're taking request could you do a few of the vampires from dawnguard? Fura? (If you ended up doing this you'd also need to work around that turn spouse into a vampire quest seeing how they're already one).
I could work on that. I'll check about the "turn wife into vampire" quest though. I'm not really sure how exactly this works in game or how it affect npcs in game.
