I've tried to get this mod to work many times over the past few years, it doesn't matter what I do, 80% of the snow textures are purple and a lot of the trees look like they're missing the trunks.
Oh man, this breaks my heart. I loved this mod when I first downloaded it a couple years ago. Now I've reinstalled Skyrim and tried to reinstall the mod but ti doesn't work. Only the ground changes. Everything else looks the same.
I've been trying to make this mod work for years. It has lots of issues and looks really bad in lots of places, especially depending on you load order. This mod has been long abandoned.To anyone that wants to make Skyrim winter just use seasons of Skyrim now. Pair it with turn of the season and simplicity of seasons and you'll get the best looking result there is now.

The lightly-smelted texture around whiterun is mayhem. I don't know what was the plan. Shiny snow next to the road's non-shiny texture... The rift looks badass, you have great idea with this mod and great work too, why mess up with these awful shiny textures, I don't know.
I almost forgot... this mod cause missing water near Markarth (next to the stables, and near Salvius farm, between the two waterfalls). I checked in xedit, and yes, I'm installed the update too.

Install all texture overhauls first, then install this mod and overwrite when asked.
Main file contains LOD for re-colored landscape, trees, and objects. Billboards also included

Edit--- I mean It's work in AE but some tools and entrance of dungeon are cover by snow landscape(and there is few gap with this landscape)
