The full combat regen perks in SPERG work strangely and just give flat values to your base regen when in combat (Just over doubling it), so those don't work completely right with this mod, it's not too big a deal, but here is a picture if you want to change those values https://imgur.com/a/cIAbcmv, Stalwart Defender is for stamina, Concentration is for magicka.
Well, I did say that in the description. There's optional files with 50%, 66% and 80% penalties, if that's what you want. And I tell you how to change them to whatever you want in the description too, so if you want to change it, it only takes about 1 minute.
But definitely makes the game more convenient. I don't want to have to invest in enchanting to make shiny gloves and shoes or chug a month's worth of potions so I can actually do more than handful of power attacks and spells in every combat encounter.
How does this affect potions that give passive regeneration rates? I also have another question, and I really have not put any attention into this, but are regeneration potions useless in combat if by what you are saying in the description is true about those regeneration rates coming to a halt?
Health regen is *practically* useless in combat because health has a 5 second delay after taking damage before it can regenerate and it's only 0.49%/s in combat. Potions will work the exact same way as they always have, just that there will be no delay after taking damage, making them always and actually useful.

Probably that, I don't remember
Installed just for this LOL.
