I'm using RnD 2.0 and the only thing this does on a positive note is add keywords to one food item (human flesh). But I'm not going to use this patch for the following reasons:
1. It places an unknown object in multiple places, but the object (FormID 540F5A99) cannot be resolved in my RnD plugin. I think those are the well activators. In my RnD plugin it replaces wells and troughs with RnD ones. 2. The 2 actors it places into an inn faction are also REMOVED from a Missives faction, thus invalidating Missives quests that involves them. I could create a patch, but I hate having to make patches for patches... 3. The water changes it makes is only so that you can drink from streams, but it UNDOES the changes that the RW2 patch for arnima makes!
On top of all that, this plugin should have been created as an ESL and wasn't.
EDIT: So I downloaded the RnD AIO plugin and found out those placed objects are indeed wells activators. I guess it wouldn't be too hard to replace them with the well activators from RnD 2.0. Then I could forward the factions and water records that are missing... hmmmm
EDIT: Ok that wasn't so hard. I made all the changes in about 20 minutes. But i can't release this because it also embeds changes from Missives and RW2. It's sort of a custom patch.
I do not know, you'll have to ask Razorkid (author of Beyond Reach). The fountain is a model from his mod. I don't know anything about it other than it exists.

a) You must have "Realistic Needs and Diseases All-In-One for USSEP" installed
b) You mush have "Beyond Reach V4" by Razorkid installed
