I'm not sure anyone can help, but I'll try to clearly explain what I'm trying to do. This mod replaces the vanilla coinpile nifs that have a prebaked texture with one that uses several hundred separate copies of the coin texture. What I wish to accomplish to to adapt this mods coinpiles nifs to work with coin adding mods that include coinpiles for the extra currencies haralds and dumacs. I don't want to have to change the texture names in the nif hundreds of times. Is there any easy way to automate this (basically a search and replace for the texture names)? I tried 2 possible tools but had no luck.
My game crashes in Gyldenhul Barrow. Removing or disabling this mod solves the problem. Anyone else encountered this, or can anyone confirm? My other mods are mostly a recreation of STEP for SSE.
Not sure if this is an error on your end or mine but MO2 keeps saying it needs to update to version1.6.1 even though it doesn't exist on this mod page (yet?).
I don't get it, what's the difference between this mod and this one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3018?tab=posts ? Even the picture in the images section is the same.
NVM: I see they are for different editions, but I got confused because they both downloaded to NMM Skyrim Special Edition.
Hi, thanks for this, it's great. Easily the the prettiest Septim retexture. However, one small issue is that when the camera is in motion, the textures of the coin flicker a little. TAA lessens the effect but the flickering is still there. This is only when the camera is in motion. Is this normal?
Porting to SE is much simpler than you might think. For many mods, all you need to do is open the esp in the CK and save it. For Neovalen's mod, it might be an issue of getting permission to port from him. We'll have to wait and see. :)
This one does not appear to have included the other options in the Alternates folder when installing. (Default, High BPP, No Mip). I believe this is just the default option.
I have updated the version on Legacy Skyrim, see changelog. Sent message to auroMods to update here when possible. Maybe this will clear up some issues and confusion.
Eh.. 256 kb the size of the texture and 500 kb for the normal? Iam not those they use 4k for small objects like this, but 256 kb is comedy. I will probably use only the mesh, there are many other textures for the coins.
IIRC I removed mipmaps some years ago from the default option due to some players having some issues that turned out to be something to do with them. It has been a while, but I think that was what it was. I wish I could remember exactly what the issue was, but it was found that the texture worked fine without so I left them out. Sorry for my lack of information on it.
Also. thank you very much auroMods for taking the time and courtesy to ask permission to supply this again, kinda gives me that warm fuzzy feeling knowing someone still likes this enough to want to include it in SE.
Crypton, thanks for clarifying about the size differences. I'd also be happy to incorporate updated textures if you want to revisit them. And of course, thank you once again for granting permission to bring the replacer to SE.

Also, shouldn't the size be 341kb? Or do these not have mips?
