This file is for Reshade version 3, the current one is version 5, this file will probably not will work correctly. Reshade is not a difficult program to use, just download it and go through the simple setup. I recommend only using the suggested filters (the ones prechecked) for beginners. Once you're done start your game. You'll see a message on the screen if it's installed correctly, once in-game, just hit the home key (I believe that's default, but I may be wrong) to bring up the interface. There's a tutorial if you want to read it. When ready just start checking boxes, you'll see the result immediately. At the bottom you'll find sliders to adjust the intensity of each filter, and if you screw things up too badly just use the reset button and start again.
I really love this reshade because takes out all greenish aspect from the game! Thank you so much! Is this preset compatible with Climates of Tamriel or True Storms?
i know this is utmost late, but i'm writing only to say the same thing anyway.
this is the best reshade out there for true storms (lol such a nice coincidence of name similarity & compatibility). in fact, i also happen to have ambiance, darker nights & evlas. this one plays perfect with them altogether.
i uncheck and check the stuffs this reshade use on the reshade menu and it do literally nothing , what i did wrong? base stuffs like dpx work but not the others 4 (levels , clarity , fine sharp and curves) that i checked to install with reshade.exe (written in the mod installation description)
i tried reinstalling reshade (the exe thing) and this reshade and it still don't change a thing , i followed installation instructions (but I DO see stuffs changing when i load this reshade and when i put no reshade, my game doesn't look the same, but 4 options doesn't work)
anyone have the same "issue"? is this normal? if it's not how could i fix it please
Thanks for the amazing work on this preset! I installed WIldlander and, even though most times I could stay at 60 FPS, there were some instances when it would drop significantly, especially in larger fights in the outside world. Using this preset, and with a few tweaks of my own I managed to make the game actually look prettier that it did with the ENB and I have a stable 60 FPS at all times. Great stuff!
I installed Reshade 3 and was hoping to try out this preset, unfortunately the installer doesn't work well anymore (unable to download shaders) and the game just doesn't start... I really hope the author updates this preset for the latest Reshade : )
Wanted to thank you for the work you did on this preset. I think this fits exactly what I had in mind: removing the washed-out aspect of Vanilla Skyrim's visuals, without compromising the game's color pallette. Thanks so much. Nafas: the slight tweaks on the preset are also very good. Very much appreciate the both of you.
Thank you for your kind words, I'm glad you're enjoying the preset.
When I next take the plunge into Skyrim (always thinking about it) I'll be updating the preset. I've got a much more colour accurate monitor now so I think the results will be great.
Hey, I just wanted to say you did some magic here. My specs can't handle ENBs in stable 60 FPS and I've never been satisfied with my game looks in exteriors no matter how many weather mods I try.
Now I'm using your preset paired with Cathedral Weathers and Cathedral Landscapes and my game is looking GORGEOUS without loosing a single FPS. Thank you, just thank you so much. I wish I could endorse this twice.
Thanks for your kind words IckBTT. I don't personally use ENB either, I think Reshade can be a great alternative when it comes to re-balancing the colours of the game.
My game turned from looking desaturated to gorgeously vivid! I was looking for an alternative to enb for my mid-range laptop and this is great! Thank you!!

I'll try it on version 3 and see what the result is.
