I don't know if this is the same for anyone else, but using either the showracemenu console command or this mod will create a new character save and it won't be linked with my previous saves for that character. Fortunately I don't make a ton of saves, but I know some people do. Not sure if this is just a me problem and I'm just missing something.
This is due to how the Game engine works, your save still exist, they are just tied to the previous version of your character before you changed their race.
I have used this mod since release. Other than the disassociated saves, which is a game engine thing, it has worked perfectly. Many mods do not survive the test of time, especially when Bethesda inists on squeezing every penny they can out of CC and super duper ultimate final Todd Howard 55th birthday edition.
After all that, this mod still works and Seb still keeps an eye on it. World class!
No, you can change/edit your race and appearance as expected- as if it were the beginning of the game in Helgen. The description is saying this mod does not edit the races files themselves therefore show not interfere with mods that do.
Can someone like merge the interior cell into the tamriel worldspace like in a forest or a scenic area, because the lighting in the showracemenu cell looks different than the natural lighting.
I have been using this mod for a long time. It is working as intended and without issues. I can edit my character even when it is a vampire. Thank you!
i'm having an issue with vampirism. i am in castle volkihar harkon has given me vampire lord but every time i reload the game my vampirism qualifications are gone / missing, i cannot feed on thralls any more. the members of castle volkihar all claim im no longer a vampire.
i tried to give myself vampirism again. i tried player.setrace imperialracevampire i tried to add sanguinaris to the character and wait 3 days. both methods give me back the vampirism, but every time i save it, and reload its gone again.
i tried to use this mod, in hopes that the vampire qualifications would not disappear. they disappeared.
i ask the mod author or any community members to reply if they know a solution
What is the process to restore my legendary skills ? I know that I have to update skse. I did it but i guess it did not work. Can someone elaborate what I need to do ?
