A simple change to Harkon's Sword to make it a little stronger, while not making it too OP. I bumped the base damage up to 11, in order to match the Blades Sword. Also I increased the swing speed to 1.1 instead of the normal 1.0. The base critical damage is now 6 (was 4). Lastly, The enchantment now absorbs 20 Health, Magicka, and Stamina.

Permissions and credits
A couple of minor changes to Harkon's Sword to make it a little more viable while also not making it completely OP. I found that a base damage of 8 is really bad, especially at higher levels. The enchantment, also wasn't particularly effective against higher level enemy's. The swing speed was improved a tiny bit just to make the dps and enchantment slightly more effective. Now it will absorb 20 Health, Stamina, and Magicka per hit, plus it now does 11 base damage, and the base critical damage is now 6 instead of 4. So it actually has a bit of a punch. As of v1.2 the sword now has a base value of 2000, because it is a truly unique weapon, with a truly unique enchantment, so it should be damn near priceless. The base magicka cost of the enchantment per hit has been lowered to 110 (base model was 127).
