I'm putting the location of the items for people that want them. Please note that Muiri's Ring, Emperor's Robe, Gilded Wristguard, and Writ of Passage are marked as stolen items, which... I guess they are, but it's something to note if you're a player that doesn't like having items marked with the stolen flag.
Nightweaver's Band, Olava's Token, and Firiniel's End: Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, in the room with the spider pit. One is on the table and the others are on the bookshelf.
Jeweled Amulet: In Volunruud in the room where you meet Amaund Motierre during the Dark Brotherhood quest (if you haven't done that quest: go down the first set of stairs to the big chamber, turn left and go into the southwestern most doorway and continue that way past the room with draugr, and it's in the next room in a little alcove in the room.
Muiri's Ring: Hag's Cure, on the bookshelf by the first set of stairs and on the shelf with the snowberries and lavender.
Emperor's Robe and Gilded Wristguard: Second level of Vittoria Vici's house, to the right when you go up the stairs.
Windshear: Under the Solitude rock pass, on the south side of the river where the Blue Palace hangs over, laying by a green log. You should be able to see the Solitude Lighthouse from where you stand.
Gourmet's Writ of Passage: Gourmet's room in Nightgale Inn's cellar, on the small table to the left.
Ancient Shroud Armor: I think this is just a plain old glitch in the mod, because I used the handle to get into the secret room in Hag's End, which is where it's supposed to be, but the armor isn't in there.
These are the only items I've found so far, and given the pictures I don't think there are others (unless they are also in the same locations and I missed them)

To all reading this, the mod is officially dead. I just uploaded the hag lever mod originally and wanted to expand upon it, but I eventually became to busy and forgot about this.
If you liked this mod, but wanted something better, you might want to try out this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/25659) instead. I'm starting a new play through and going to be playing with this mod soon.
Fair warning though, he hasn't figured out a way to enable the lever (I had trouble too and he wants it done through Olivia instead of what I did) at Hag's End so if you want use the standalone file go ahead. If any issues arise, I'm willing to try to fix them.
And the Dawnstar Sanctuary GAME BREAKING issue is that it messes with the dark brotherhood quest, that's it. Feel free to download that too if you want. Fair warning, that's a mod I am not willing to support, so use it at your own risk. I recommend using it only to access items installed by other mods, even then, only installing it right before you try to enter the sanctuary to avoid any issues that arise from it.

Good Idea, so thanks for that, but execution maybe not so much. If you are going to do a scavenger hunt, you'll need to give better clues than leaving random pictures on an external website... especially when they don't actually show where the items were hidden. There's nothing in Hag's Cure or on Muiri, so why include the pictures? I could try to figure out more, but when the first clue leads nowhere, its easier just to spawn them in and move on with my life. Make it fun, maybe.
Alright, I need a hand. I've managed to find Windshear, Muiri's Ring and Nightweaver's Band, based on the images provided. I've also picked up Olava's Token, but can't get her to tell me about Hag's End, I guess I'm going to have to go there myself. But I can't for the life of me, tell where the other images are supposed to be. Don't suppose you'd be willing to lend a hand?
