Thank you! I kinda have to redo saves a lot because of mods not working properly, and having to wait for NPCs that take their sweet time in quests ive already completed uncountable times made me go mad. So thank you for saving my sanity.
It's nice but can be immersion breaking at times. It could be the most relaxing quest but everyone is jogging to where they need to be as if they are in a rush.
This is a must-have, since all the other "NPC's match your speed" mods seem to break *SOMETHING* or make the NPC's brutally slow for some reason when not running
Is there any chance you could add a version that does't need the unofficial patches? I prefer not to use them since they fix a lot of bugs that I like having in my game.
I know it sounds dumb but being able to break the limits and have a sword with 500 damage makes the game feel less restricted and more like an actual rpg.
Wow! That was fast thank you so much, you're my new favorite mod author.
Yep just checked you got a lot of awesome oblivion mods and the book covers mod which has always been a favorite of mine. You are for sure my new favorite mod author. Thanks again.
I just discovered this mod. I was also wondering if this was compatible with NPC's Run and Walk at Your Pace. Did you find anything, @Kulharin? I will test it out here shortly (and hopefully my brain can remember to return here and edit my comment--lol).
Also, many thanks for this mod and the relief! Much appreciated, @Dispensation.
I've used this mod in several new playthroughs, and I have to say this is totally awesome. No longer do I have to force wait for the Greybeards, Erandur, or any other quests where I have to wait for the shambling NPC to take forever to move to the next quest stage trigger.
There is one tweak you might want to make. In the Thieves Guild quest where you have to follow the Argonian all the way to the East Empire Warehouse, he seems to sprint. Considering you have to stay in stealth mode the whole time, you have to know how to speedrun your way to the warehouse door without being noticed. That shaves off a few minutes. But once he's in the Warehouse, he takes his sweet time.
I'm not sure if there's any way to tweak that behavior, but it would be nice if he ran through the Warehouse too.
I'm not sure but that might make it harder to sneak. I love sneaking and am pretty good at it as well all most likely are. Just basically thinking out loud here.
I have a problem with this mod and the quest diplomatic immunity, when you enter the dungeon and read the book/asks Etienne and the quests updates Malborn is supposed to appear with two Thalmor soldiers, but they don't appear. Disabling this mod fix the quest.
Edit:Nvm a second playthrough with this mod didn't break the quest.
