      haha bro almost three year iv played skyrim iv never seen any type of heel distortion even at my noob days and iv got more than 25 heels ...................    cheers to the author of this mod many thanks

      I'm pretty sure they are referring to the way most high heel shoe mods stretch the feet to impossible lengths. Have a look when sneaking. The sliders seem to make the foot taller but retain the length so the foot gets bigger.
