Simple wing textures I edited for my Argonian to better match his color.
Files:
'Animated Dragon Wings - Cool Blue Dragon Wings by ThyPentacle'
Replaces the 'Evil Wings' (Alduin) texture of the 'Animated Dragon Wings' MOD.
'Real Flying - Cool Blue Dragon Wings by ThyPentacle'
Replaces whatever your current texture is for the 'Real Flying' MOD.
'Real Flying - Royal Blue Dragon Wings by ThyPentacle'
Replaces whatever your current texture is for the 'Real Flying' MOD.
Requirements:
'Animated Dragon Wings' or 'Real Flying'
(or both at the same time works as well)
Should work fine on any version of Skyrim that can run the required MODs.
(install normally with your manager for easy removal if you don't like them)

Changes for version 1.1
Just added a 'Royal Blue' version for 'Real Flying'.
It is less saturated than the 'Blue' version and deeper in color.
(slight purple tint in some lighting)
