Hi there, love this mod. I have a few questions actually.
1) The warning about the deleted navmesh, is that deleted navmesh something that can cause trouble?
2) About the bedroom, is it not a little to bright? I mean honestly speaking, take a look at the rest of the house, and then at the bedroom. You could easily get away with just having 1 of those lamps at the ceiling.
3) About the armory, not a question but a compliment. This is something that i always wanted to have in breezehome. The only thing that actually stopped me from using it were the first 2 points.
I second both loving the mod and wishing the bedroom wasn't so bright. Could either remove the light over the bed or just remove the ambient light in the room.
Just started a new game with this mod installed and there are no issues. Just payed 5k and decorated with the kids' beds knowing that an alchemy and enchanting table were included with the mod, so no need to buy them again off of the steward. Haven't yet adopted any children, so that is probably why the kids' beds are not labelled as owned; indeed, my followers do like to use them. I have my Housecarl Lydia and my favourite follower Minerva living here at present and hope you didn't mind me uploading a few screenshots of them at Breezehome.
The layout of the home is simple yet just so right.
Just wanted to say thanks for this. So many Breezehome mods add stuff that feels crazy to have inside a small starter home, your Breezehome feels clean and lore friendly.
Now this is the Breezehome I've been looking for!Thank you so much!
Is there any chance you would consider putting some display points on top of the low bookshelves in the library (alchemy purchase) and in the middle shelf of the downstairs bookcase? I'm not a collector in the game but there are a couple of things I pick up in my travels that would be nice to display (the butterfly in the jar is the only 'in the jar' thing I tend to pick up).
And a bath instead of Lydia's room but now I'm being unrealistic. ;D
Thank you so much for this mod - it's just right, not too much, not too little.
Thank you very much for the mod. Very nicely done.
If anyone has visual/graphical glitches, check your modlist if you are using Skyrim Project Optimization SE because it conflicts with that one. In my game walls and furniture were disappearing. But it is very easy to fix the problem. Open Skyrim Project Optimization SE with SSEEdit and go to Cell -> Block 0 ->Sub-Block 6 -> right click on WhiterunBreezehome record and delete it. Save and exit SSEEdit. Problem fixed.
Not here to report any bugs, just letting you know it's so well-done that I forgot this layout wasn't the original one and came back here to check if the mod was actually doing anything. ;D
This overhaul fits the purpose, fits the aesthetic, and fits the lore, all while improving Breezehome sensibly. While I would love a basement with smithing equipment, I think this is the most elegant overhaul of Breezehome I've ever seen. Thank you for such a beautiful vision and masterful execution.
Just tried it out. The only fault/issue that I found was fire burning on the carpet where the fireplace was in the vanilla Breezehome. I installed this mod to an on-going saved game and maybe that caused it, although I had never been inside or purchased Breezehome before. At present, I am deleting mods in preparation for a new game, but I will keep this mod for when I do purchase Breezehome in my next playthrough. The kitchen is lots better and so is the additions of an oven and an enchanting station...how many times, early in the game did one have to keep running up to Farangar's enchanter; so annoying. Upstairs, I bought the kids room and found the master bedroom a lot better designed. Gone is that feeling of claustrophobia.
I have installed many Breezhome mods in the years that I've played Skyrim and must say that this has to be one of the very best. I found no navmesh issues (Lydia has free run of the house, with no getting stuck).
You will get glitches like that installing to an existing save due to the way the engine handles "permanent" references. Thus I strongly advise installing on a fresh file.
