Version 1.8
Re-synched with the unofficial patch and RDO to mantain compatability and cleanliness.
Saved in the latest Creation kit again.
Found out I had missed some of the respectfual gaurd animations settings.
Removed all weapons and armor entires. (Really the changes aren't needed that way they are still detected in the dialogue entries and there will be improved compatability this way)

Guards will now stick to recognizing you for local factions. i.e. Whiterun = Companion, Winterhold = Mage, Haafinger = Bard, so-on.
Dawnbreaker has been added to the "Beautiful Weapon" comment.
Improved comments relation to the ability to buy houses now will only be mention after questlines are done that are part of the pre-reqs for that property.

Enabled the following lines:

"No lollygagging" now is no longer said after level 12.
"Someone stole your sweetroll" line is no longer said after level 8.
Changed a ton of cool-downs to 4 hours to improve variety. You 'should' hear repeated lines A LOT less.
Added race checks to a bunch of dialogue to enable them for more races.
Added to 8 or so changes that RDO - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1187 does to same lines. This means that load order with RDO no longer matters.
Sorted many conditions out to improve performance.

Removed the Give Guards Mead changes. They didn't work for female guards and I couldn't get the lessening of bounties idea to work right.
Fixed the errant space in GDOAdmonishShouts for enabling\disabling that feature.
Minor tweaks and optimizations. Nothing that counts as real changes just cleaning.

Carried over all of the improvements done by Arthmoor in the cutting room floor mod. This also means many of the lines dealing with enchanting weapons for guards, referring to magic and such. (This will only apply to guards added by CRF and means nothing if you don't use CRF) Also means full compatibility with CRF out of the box also! You have to load this mod after CRF for this to be in effect properly if you are using both mods.
"No lollygagging" now is no longer said after level 12.
"Arrow to the knee" line is now only said ONCE ever!
"Someone stole your sweetroll" line is no longer said after level 8.
Added the keyword issneaking to "Hands to yourself sneak thief".
"Heard they're reforming the Dawnguard" should now only be said once.
-"Do you see those warriors from Hammerfell? They've got curved swords. Curved. Swords." is now only said in Whiterun and only until the quest In My Time Of Need is completed.
Added some conditions to the Armor\Weapon comments. They should comment more accurately based on what you have equipped.
New option addition!
GDO now adds the ability to stop the "I need to ask you to stop. That... shouting... is making people nervous" warning or admonishment from guards in cities. No more will your in town shouts be admonished.
Since this is left enabled you can turn them off by:
Enter the command "set GDOAdmonishShouts to 0"
Qwinn also went over this and changed a lot of things to better flow and match conventions in USSEP like patrol hours and dialogue reset hours. He also improved on my addition of better checking for equipped weapon styles, plus reordered some conditions. Lots of cleaning and optimizing, really. USSEP compatibility is now fully optimized now and a USEEP patch is no longer needed for full functionality.

Resaved to form 44 conventions.
By default the extra NPC dialogue option is turned off in the SSE option.
Normalized the reset time for all weapon and armor related dialogue to 1 hour.
Carried forward any survival related keywords for the survival option of SSE.
Now you can give guards mead! (More options are being explored) however now you can give a guard mead just like town drunk options.
