Thank you for the support, everyone. I'm sorry it took so long to port the mod to the Special Edition. I'm going to be somewhat active, watching this space to see if there are any bugs I need to attend to. But just like back in 2014 I feel this mod is complete, I won't be adding any new abilities.
*UPDATE September 2023* I'm glad to see the mod still seems to work with whatever the most recent Skyrim release was. I've come back to play Starfield and thought I'd check in to see if this was horrendously broken. Nearly 10 years ago I did this... Wow... Again thanks for the support and I'm glad people are still enjoying it even now.
The only problem for me is that it only works on the first vampire I play. If I were to make another vampire character the power does not appear in my list. I might have to uninstall and reinstall it so I could use it on another vampire character. It's a small problem, I still love this mod to death.
Edit: This worked. I uninstalled the mod, loaded my save (with the vampire that couldn't use the power) , re-saved, then reinstalled and loaded that save. Voila! Now my vampire has Bat travel and cloud of bats. Now I love this mod even more :D

i had an issue where i couldnt fly using my controller, but if the flight doesnt work, the mist flight mod works just fine as a cool alternative for my vampire lovers
I Like this mod Alot in my opinion its better than the other bat transformation mods I have played around with my only downside with this mod I wish the vampire lord were able to fly freely like the player like with the Dark Maneuvers mod but unfortunately that mod hasn't been ported to work in SE only for Oldrim The controls for the flight up and down seem to be a bit buggy but overall it's still fun to use.
Would be cool if there was a version without BatCloud. I like BatTravel, because it has some sort of limitations, but BatCloud is just super OP. Makes traveling boring. P.S. sorry for my poor English
have been toying around with this for a month or so. this mostly works. occasionally there will be a bug in Bat Cloud form. that will prevent me from turning back into a character. And the cloud form prevents me from accessing spells or quickbar, I cannot set the active ability. There was a bug that changed my active Daily Power during flight, then it became impossible to switch back.
i might be inclined to want to change into a singular bat, rather than a cloud of them. but i think a cloud is acceptable.
It won't be fixed. The way flight works in the mod is it changes your location within the game world quickly. So if you fly into a wall you'll just appear to fly though the wall. It's been a long while, there may be a better way to do it now, but in it's current state it's not fixable (as far as I know). Just try to avoid flying into stuff.
It seems a lot of you are having troubles getting the controls to work on this mod with a controller. I found Dark Envoy which has a similar power, and works well for me.

There is no "Custon Destination" mode!!!
