like your ideas man. good stuff! I do have a couple suggestions for ya if you're interested in hearing them. they do effect both forms in adding some more flavor to the whole roleplay aspect of things. Just a bunch of ideas on individual perks and some reworks.
*Beast Blood-+25 health and stamina, 25% health and stamina regeneration, 25 carry weight and 15 unarmed damage, 5%movement speed, jump 25% higher in human form (or see restless blood for the regen idea) *Beast Blood- -25% poison, -100% damage from silver, +100% disease resist <<<negative effects also effect human form
*Beast Form-15% movement speed, jump 50% higher, regenerate 20% of your max stamina per second
*Restless Blood-no longer sleep restfully at night, +25% stamina regeneration
"Hircine's Blessing"- Rank 1-+15% increased melee damage, Rank 2- ignore 20% of armor in human form or 10/20% damage increase
"Juggernaut Perk", - 5 or 10% movement speed in both forms, 15% less stagger in human form and mitigate 25% damage while staggered but take 50% increased silver damage
" Howl at the Moon" - 5 or 10% passive chance to slow time during power attacks in both forms or just human form
"Full Moon Rising" - gain 10% armor and magic resistance in both forms at night and silver immunity under a full moon
"Hunter in the Night" - gain 10 or 15% movement speed in beast form and 5 or 10% in human forms at night from 8pm-5am
"Feral Impulse"- Rank 1- ignore 25% of armor in beast form, and 10% attack speed, 10% critical damage in human form, Rank 2-ignore 50 armor in beast form, and 15% attack speed 15% critical damage in human form
'Aspect of Hircine'- grow 15% larger in beast form, increasing movement speed, armor, damage, and reach by 15%, jump 50% higher in beast form, jump 25% higher in human form, 5% larger in human form, immune to fall damage in human form, 10% more power attack damage and critical damage, 50 carry weight but take 50% more silver damage *unlocks rings full potential>>>would be sweet to get Scourge or The Spear of the Hunt here
"Endurance of the Wolf"-10/20%stamina regeneration or 25/50%
'Revert Form"- after feeding in beast form, gain restful sleep for the next 8 hours
"Break Lock"- +25 carry weight
"Bloodthirst"- bleeding targets heal for 10/20 points in beast form, 5/10%chance to heal for 20 points of health when killing animal/humans
"Endurance of the Wolf"- Rank 2- become invunrable while transforming
'Beastial Hide'- increase magic resist to 30/40/50% at rank 3, silver damage increases by 35/70/100%, gain 5/10/15% magic resist in human form
*Ring of Hircine-grants additional transformations, immune to moon changing, 25% stamina regeneration in human form, gain 30% magic resistance and 150 armor in beast form
Ring of Hircine not making you immune to moon changing was a real shocker when I realized it (that's why I went after it), so I'd love to at least see that from this list.
if you have better vampires, true hybrid, and moonlight tales, you can make use of the jump bonuses you gradually gain from being a vampire(better vampires mod), and still be a warewolf at the same time(true hybrid) and have full functionality of moonlight tales at the same time as well.
If you’re looking for suggestions, might I suggest a perk later on in the skill tree that lets you get resting bonuses from sleeping? It doesn’t even have to be the only one, just make it the upgrade on a skill tree node that lets you get resting bonuses from consuming prey.
