Ummmm. Nice house for sure, fabulous in fact but wow, the creep factor is off the charts. So I tested this house out and spawned the key in, first thing I notice when entering is my girl facing towards the corner of the door as if she spotted something there but the corners are devoid of anything but banners, then I hear a voice next to me and jump, turning and spotting an elderly women who I assume is this pointless housekeeper you added and she is suffering with the black face bug still. I have a wander around wrinkling my nose in distaste at the draugr and skeleton displays and then the spider chamber thinking 'you lot are getting deleted' and I go to leave and there seems to be an invisible wall about a metre before the door but my girl was able to open it fine, then I went back in and wow, every single mannequin there had converged and trapped the housekeeper and my girl by the front door. That was truly horrifying.

This housekeeper. Still with a bugged face.
What the fuuuuuuck?! That was freaking scary.
I installed a fix for this home Comfy and Quiet with Navmesh and the fix Another Mannequin Script Fix which seems so far to have fixed the creepy mannequin issue and no invisible wall by the front door now but the housekeeper is still bugged. I read about a black face bug fix but nothing is in the files only the old files with nothing there and I guess it wasn't fixed with v2 of this. I might as well disable her and the weirdly placed bed in the odd tiny kitchen for such a large space too, that and it took me a while to find it. I mean ewwww, unsanitary.
I do love the master bedroom and the library, the danger room is fun and auto going invisible when a lever is picked was a delight as I forgot to to equip my spells first and the portals work well. I might use Jaxons repositioner to put some nice floral pots or something to brighten up the main floor. I like the flags but I feel the sheer amount of them is a little overkill. It feels very cold downstairs with so much stone that it desperately needs softening up, again I might use Jaxons again to grab some tapestries, pelts and paintings from LOTD to hang here. I can't decide if I will keep it though as it seems like it'll be a lot of work to make it feel homely.
The house keepers face I guess will always be black, when I tried this even with the black face FIX in files, didn't quite work, but the was a post, that mentions using racemenu to fix your house keepers face, not sure it works, never tried that ... Don't know what you mean by mahicans are ?
I love the mod and the Navmesh fix worked perfectly. Now all the inhabitants are moving around freely. My only issue is that i disbled a few of the mannequins in order to move through the area. And they are now invisible. They still are there and I can put stuff on them, but I cannot see them.
It's a Legendary Edition mod. I have it and still use it because it's convenient. [Comphy Hearthfire Adoptions-38393-7-2]. I have a total of over 80 Gb of mods since the beginning of Skyrim :) Many are long gone from the Nexus :)
I like the concept but it seems like there's no exit. See screenshots below (I used alternate start to try this mod on a fresh save):
Basically it feels like the Hotel California, I can check in but I can't check out. Where the main door seems supposed to be, there's just a big black space that I can't even interact with.
Ok, after some tinkering, it looks like the mod Aemer's Refuge SE had something to do with this. Probably because it adds a "Teleport" feature that's hidden in Breezehome. Shame, Aemer's Refuse seemed like a cool house too.
I believe this is only be comfy for completionist and pro players.. Unfortunately I'm a noob so I wont use 90% of the functionality while getting lost in the process. However I will endorse because it feels like it fits really well with the game and more people should try it out, this mod is amazing

But I love the Breezehome house/ It's great.
Comfy and Quiet with Navmesh
I also recommend using Another Mannequin Script Fix to keep the mannequins in place.
