In the description it says to make requests for compatibility with other mods, I wasn't sure where else to put this so I'm typing it here, hope that's okay.
The original Racial Body Morphs included the option for digitigrade legs, to be used with digitigrade feet mods on argonians and khajiit. This option is no longer present in the new version of this mod, and conflicts with mods that adds those digitigrade legs back via changing the skeleton like https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1979
