That mod makes projectiles go slower. It kind of mitigates some of the OP of casting faster when the enemy is at a distance, but in a fun way that you can overcome with skill.
Fantastic mod. I do not know why it is not more popular as it really does place you to actually compete with the NCP game characters that can cast five fireballs in your face in one second.
All NCP characters cast spells very fast, all followers cast spells fast. Now we as the player can also. Endorsed, hopefully this will become better known as it is an excellent mod.

Probably not intentional, given the title of the mod. Regardless, please consider making a version with vanilla base costs.
It's just as slow at Conjuration 1 or 100.
All NCP characters cast spells very fast, all followers cast spells fast.
