Same for me, happens only with Reaver Marauders.. Every faction has clothes equipped apart from the Reavers.. I have no idea what is causing it though.. It's pretty late for me to reply on your post and i assume you found the issue, right? right?
Hello. I noticed something earlier tonight after getting the Grey Beard quest to get the horn. When the cultists approached me after, They had the "hello" and "need something ?" dialogue instead of their regular dialogue and rant. I noticed a few seconds later neither of them had their cultist masks on and they looked like the wenches. After disabling the mod and restarting the game, they had the masks on and had their regular cultist dialogue and I was able to get the DragonBorn quest.
That was the only odd thing I've noticed with your mod. Other than that, everything else is perfect. Definitely going to keep using this. The more wenches, the better. Thank you for making and sharing this. =)
If you know how to use SSEdit, load up Deadly Wenches - Faction Addon.esp and remove any override that starts with LCharThalmor, and then save. If you use the leveled list patch, be sure to remove the same overrides there.
I wouldnt put it past the Thalmor to use mercenaries that are other than Thalmor themselves. But for those that want to see more of Deadly Wenches, but not too much of them, is why I asked. So, no problem, I just imagined that a mod like this with more choice and variety would be more attractive than a self service fix. Sure, I can learn how to use xedit. Thanks.
I might be misunderstanding your reply, but in this addon, the "deadly wenches" that are added are new npc records added to the factions themselves with appropriate race and outfits, rather than being the original bandit/vampire npc records inserted in the faction's leveled list. In other words, you won't see bandits as part of the Thalmor, just more women in the Thalmor ranks.
If your issue is with how often they appear, I've included a "Less Wenches" patch that reduces their frequency in the corresponding leveled lists.
If you just don't want to see Thalmor wenches, then I think the xedit option is the better solution since users can directly dictate which npcs they want in the leveled lists, especially if there are multiple factions they don't want included. Ideally, that sort of thing would be handled in the MCM, but I don't know how that would be done. Sorry!
Oh, yes, I was misinformed. Adding the 'look' of Deadly Wenches to the Thalmor lists in their appropriate armor and gear is certainly now not an issue. I will DL. TY
Ya, this will be great. I used to like the original DW mod when he brought it out but with updates they got to powerful for starting characters, plus their magic was crazy with the explosions and everything flying all over the place. Going to try this and see how it goes. Thanks for the mod.
If the wenches are still too difficult after using the MCM, I've also provided some "balance" patches that change the spells and stats of these wenches to match their vanilla leveled list counterparts for this mod as an optional file and for the original Deadly Wenches in (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20515).
I didn't find them difficult to kill. I guess more annoying, they move 10 times faster than any body else and the spells throwing everything every where and the ground rumbled and you could hear the spell cast from a long ways away. It just bugged me more than anything. Thanks again!

is it possible to create a version like lordkoz's "Moar Deadly Wenches" but for your version?
also it would be nice if you can add to the afflicted and ghost factions as well :)

I run with a gang of 5 followers to balance out on a more difficult setting.
What you're describing is what happens in Hateful Wenches(?) which I think lordkoz wrote special logic for.
