   Nice little iced fort dungeon. I don't know if it was for my particular mods, but final boss was one of the strongest (mainly because she was healing herself fast)

   amazing idea I'm the full supporter of this!
   However, how about making the existing frost spells ( Creation Club spells and everything ) bypass the resistances? Also make frost spells have a snowy visual effect on effected NPCs, and the frost slow effects stack? :))

      thats what I thought this mod would be about, but after reading into it Im disappointed its only 1 spell and not replacing the existing spells

      Yeah, that could be an idea, but I feel that might make frost magic a bit too powerful.

   I love the idea of this mod. I love the frost spell but was always annoyed with its limited use.

      30 damage per second. Base magicka cost of 75 per second.
