My wife asked for mermaids in Skyrim and I found this mod. But the video shows her "walking" around with her tail fin. I'm sorry, I like to be supportive to mod authors, but she should at least transform to have legs on land or this just seems a bit ridiculous. But if you're into that, go for it.
Just as an FYI, I am almost positive it would be possible to create a script that changes her armor to the tail fin when she is in the water... or at least when she is swimming. That WOULD be really cool!
Same thing here. The mermaid items neither show in the forge nor the console. The game crashes when I try to forcefully get them through the AddItem mod. I converted the nifs to SSE but that wasn't the issue. There also don't seem to be any ITMs. I don't have enough experience with CreationKit to look through the errors there. Maybe someone else has more luck than me.
It's an issue with the cubemap textures, they need to be re-exported via gimp or another program that can open and edit dds files. Either that, or Windows 10 can't read the files because of whatever compression those files use
All is well on my side! Ariel shows up with her eyes, hair and everything else for me. I manually downloaded and loaded the mod into my game which seemed to work. Give the manual download and install a go and see if that helps you out. Although I've never tried it myself, I have heard that the Nexus Mod Manager can either misplace a file or two, or just not download the full mod entirely.
And great job with the new follower here Raxys! Thanks for making her and sharing!!
I'll give it a manual reinstall Raxys, and see if it works, I'll let you know for sure if it still causes conflicts. I did use Nexus, so like Blackfist said, its probably NMM misplaced her files!
EDIT: @Raxys It was NMM like Blackfist said. Apparently it misplaced both her hair and eyes. manually installing the files fixed both files!

THIS MOD IS AVAILABLE IN SKYRIM
Are we sure there was a required mod not listed, or did I just have a mod conflict happen?
