Thank you all for your nice comments, endorsements and lovely screenshots.
i am using this Ragnar Lothbrok preset https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/51853?tab=description&BH=1 and i tried using this hair of your mod but there always some bald spots, any way to fix this? https://imgur.com/a/6LKrldL
Your character's head clips through the shaved part of the hair. You probably have high poly head, the hair is modeled to fit vanilla heads. The head size of your character is too large. Use racemenu to sculpt the shaved hair to remove the bald spots.
Hello hello~* I was wondering where I could find mods that assign chronological numbers to each hairstyle so that I can have some way of finding again styles I like out of the hundreds in my character creator. I've seen people have them in screencaps, but only ever on pages for mods that are for doing something else seen in the pics. Search engines just link me to this modpage and one other mod that adds hairstyles. Currently the only thing I can do is save/draw a pic of where the arrow is on the slider for a rough idea where it is.
Are you sure you have installed all the meshes and textures for each of the 3 mods? Do you really mean that you can only see 5 hairs in the racemenu after you have installed my 3 standalone hair mods?
I had some problems and now I reinstalled the entire game and I'm going to reinstall the mod (the 3 possible files) again to test. (edit) it's resolved!
Hi! I would like to ask permission to use your hair mod for my first follower project that I would like to upload to the Nexus later on! Of course, I would gladly credit you! Thank you for your work and your time!
b/allow/file/selection=0 does not exist in SSE ini prefs which would explain why i can't put male elf hair on my male orc character . Any idea what to do with this please ?
Question, Im in riverwood and several of the npcs in the town have black faces. more informative console says the last mod to access the npc base file is the respective genders apachii hair model. Only affects adults, children are running under RS as the last to affect base.
I had originally thought the mod was conflicting with Immersive wenches, as I currently cannot enter the riverwood inn, but disabling IW has continued the inability to enter that area. Unsure if this is a related issue or not, as the black faces have appeared on some characters outside of riverwood aswell.
(If I could figure out where the game keeps sending my screenshots, Id post some here)
My hair mods from my mod page does not give hair to NPCs. It sounds that you have installed some kind of NPC overhaul mod that has used my hairs. It is quite common to get the "dark face" bug with NPC overhaul mods. You can try this mod Face Discoloration Fix Or you can load the NPC mod in Creation Kit, select all the changed NPCs and use Ctrl+F4 to generate the NPCs FaceGen files. Load order can also be important.
Not sure how to access creation kit. However, I did find a mod that added custom hairs from here to select npcs. Moving to see if disabling that fixes the face gen data. If not, I have to assume it would be related to the facegeom data for shiva.
(I do have that mentioned mod downloaded, however it seems to be incompatible with the newest version of the game)
