just wondering if you could make this mod compatible with open city's. I always loved your work and then I started playing with open city's and it dosen't use your versions on all the city's so.... i was wondering if you could check that out and look into it.
Same issue over here. Can only get acces to the improved city of your mod by using the AI Doors of "Open Cities Skyrim". Changing the loadig order of the mods doesn't help.
Any solutions yet? Would be great if you could try and fix it

But after investigating Helgen to start the main quest, Gerdur teleports after giving you the key to the horse stable and is stuck inside the stable.
She won't walk out, even if pushes, so it appears to be a nav-mesh issue.
