Never understood why NPC replacer mods almost always force bodies on the end-user. You give several options, which is nice, but the default bodies are pretty lousy. Maybe I just need to figure out how to force my presets on NPCs. I love the work on the face and hair. The face is one of the best that I've seen in a mod. It's beyond just being good. It's perfect. The body is awful, so it's a deal-breaker.
Odd issue I'm hoping someone may have an answer for. I disabled everything that altered Silver-Blood Inn and I CTD every time I try to enter. I can't blame this mod since I can console Hroki to me and it works fine, but this is the only thing I have altering anything inside. The only connection I can make at this point is an issue with AFT. Any one else had this issue?
Yes! After hours of trying to figure out why I was getting CTDs trying to enter Markarth and the Silver Blood Inn, I found out it was this mod. *sigh* I use AFT too, but not sure why that would be a problem seeing as I haven't even interacted with her yet. Could be a load order issue. I will test that later.
The "Standalone" name needs changing. Modders with character mods use standalone to describe someone added as an extra character to the game. They're both replacers.
The USSEPatch fixes an overlooked error and changes her from "Child" to "Citizen" and upgrades her skills, and this mod doesn't change that which is maybe why she can't be married. Oh and the specular map for the new head points to the wrong texture in the .nif in the replacer version, which makes her face gloss a bit strange.
I'm using the newest replacer version with AFT and I have no issues. I did notice the shiny face gloss indoors but on the outside she looks fine. I was thinking that was being caused by the interior lighting mod that I'm using "luminosity" because the interior of the Inn had a yellowish hue to it.
The Hroki Replacer has issues with incorrect pathing in the facegeom & hair meshes... Plugin is also Form 43, a major NO-NO for Skyrim SE mods. This is likely why there are issues with CTD when entering the Silver-Blood Inn. I went in & corrected the paths using Nifskope on my end. I've also filed a report under the Bugs tab highlighting these issues so hopefully Dovahkiinathay will fix them soon...

That will cause problems.The Unofficial patch makes her class "Citizen". 2 - Including the standard head mesh as a head part (which she gets from the NordRace anyway) was causing her face to look like gold metal in firelight. I removed it and she looks normal now. 3 - She doesn't have any perks, which will make her a bad follower if anyone wants to use her for that. She will set off traps without the "Light Foot" perk, and won't be much good in combat without other perks. 4 - She's in the potential follower faction, but the follower dialog isn't showing. I'm using AFT, so I could theoretically force her to be a follower. I may try that at some point. She is also in the marriage faction, but I haven't tested that. I'm not sure how marriage works in this game. Maybe I'll try it. 5 - She isn't set up to level with the player character,, her confidence level is "Cowardly" and she is also "Unaggressive", so she's really set up to be a spouse, not a follower.
If anyone wants a follower that looks like this, the best strategy is probably to download a follower mod with a good follower setup, then use the NPC Visual Transfer Tool to make that follower look like this version of Hroki.
Well, I couldn't get any sort of marriage dialog, so I ran some console commands to fix it. She doesn't have any way to increase the relationship rank. I think some of the marriageable NPC's have some type of quest you do for them, such as getting a Mammoth Tusk for Ysolda, which must increase the relationship rank. After using the console, I had the super-short wedding ceremony and my character suggested moving to his house in the Pale. Hroki said she would meet him there. I waited for several game hours and when she didn't show I used the console to teleport her. She wanted to leave as soon as she appeared though. Then I realized that she still has all her packages for working at the Silverblood Inn in Markarth. I followed her for a bit and she was walking slowly in that general direction. So she has a long commute. It will take her hours to get there each day at the pace she was moving. She got stuck on a cart almost immediately. There needs to be a way to give her a new set of packages via SKSE for this to work very well. She did say something about moving in with her as an option, but she lives with her parents, and that inn gets packed full of people in my game with all the extra NPC's that have been added via mods, so that's a non-starter. The wedding ceremony was odd. A bunch of NPC's my character never met attended. There was even an NPC from the "Skaal Manor" mod at the wedding. Strange. I also had to regenerate her facegen data because something was causing her to have a dark face when I loaded a savegame. I could fix it each time by using the setnpcweight command, but it was only a temporary fix.I did edit the plugin to make her weight 5, but I do that for most NPC's without having any problems.
This issue is caused by missing Follower Faction... To fix, one will need to load the plugin into SSE Edit & do the following:
1. Open the Non-Player Character Actor tab
2. Scroll down to the Factions line.
3. Add Potential Follower Faction (Rank 0).
4. Add Current Follower Faction (Rank -1).
Make sure to flag Hroki as Essential & add the PC Level Mult flag, setting the value to 1 so Hroki will level with you. Set Max Level to 0 so Hroki will level indefinitely. These are found under the Actor Configuration section. Give Hroki some perks/armor/weapons while you're at it. All this is found under the aforementioned tab. Once finished, close SSE edit, making sure the Back Up Plugin box is checked in case something goes wrong. Hope this helps.
