This is my version of Eli's Halla which has been moved to the eastern Whiterun expansion to make room of the Provincial Courier Service.

Bells of Skyrim patch as the bell was covered by T'Skyrim's fire watch tower at the gate to the eastern expansion. Moved bell to the gate between the market and the Gildergreen tree. Added doors, navmeshed and changed guards to Whiterun. Test it out!
