Best mod for the beast races, really makes them feel different from Man and Mer!
For anyone having trouble with some boot models not showing on the vanilla beast races (ebony, glass and more for me) and isn't very confident with SSEEdit, the mod Morrowloot Ultimate might be the cause. Your load order might be different, but MLU loaded after this mod in my case.

Go into SSEEdit and search digitigrade.
Click on it and go through your armour tab and look for any boots that are missing the AAK and AAA model filename. I started from the top and made my way down through it all.
Any missing the AAK and AAA model filename, drag and drop the digitigrade files into MLU.
Save plugin and you're done :)
Just wanted to put this out in case anyone had the same problem I had.
Where are the NIF files located? I tried locating them in creation kit, but the path leads to a blank despite them showing up just fine in game. I'd like to port them over to Half Dragon Race but I cant do that without the meshes.
so, im trying to make this work but some textures are very bugged, i dont have any mods that alter beast race skeletons, i also think only male npcs have bugged textures. all the mods i have that alter the beasts are project j'khay and children of the hist. anyone has any ideas of what category of mod might alsointerfere with this?
Unfortunately not all boots are supported ( e.g. Leather Scout Boots, Barbarian Boots etc) despite the description saying all vanilla/DLC is included. Super sad as I love the look and it works perfectly otherwise :(
Can this mod be used with other argonian body texture mods, i had a sneak peak of the texture maps and the body & feet share the same color, normal & specular map(i forgot if there was a specular map in there), I am no modder but wouldn't that make it incompatible with other body modification mods designed for argonians?

It still works, looks great. There is a mod out there to make it work with Dynamic Armor Variants: Digitigrade Beast Races DAV at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community
So your USSEP name changes don't get undone.
I had to pick this mod up to get the Argonian claws working : Argonian Raptor Claws for SSE - With Flawns Argonians Redux Patch at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community
I am very new to modding and have no technology background so take this with a grain of salt. It's working great so far for me though.
