really what i want out of this mod, is for the guards to stop accosting me for past crimes, and prevent them from throwing the forced dialogue option at me.
its really immersion breaking when a guard forces the dialogue on me, when i'm trying to kill all the guards. they keep repeating this obnoxious scripted behavior over and over.
If you can help me with that, if theres a certain file i need to edit for that to take place, point me in the right direction.
hi, if my opinion is welcome. i'd like to say that allowing a character to hit an non-allied NPC 3 times is very exploitable. i have tried this. you can basically kill anything they wont fight back (you get 3 free shots in before combat starts, which is very bad.) . the best way to deal with this, if the character makes any damage move against them, then the NPC must defend themselves.
This. they took the armor that I enchanted, my scarf, along with all my enchanted rings :/ But, It didn't happen again and you can recover the items on the evidence chest, It is located close to your stuff when you're arrested.
Nice mod, but is there any mod that stops guards clairvoyance?... Killing someone with no witnesses somehow shows a bounty and then all of a sudden all guards in skyrim know what you did instantly. If anyone has suggestions please do let me know!
my main concern with guards is they keep accosting me, and forcing me into a dialogue. i just want to play the game, i dont want the guards to keep breaking the immersion - they are not in control.. i am..
with that being said. i made some changes to this mod. i changed the petty gold threshold to 1 million.. and the arrest thresholds to 99 million.
with the settings like this, they wont stop me if i have a crime gold debt. but they will say something to me if they physically witness me. which i think is an improvement.
i never got it, how if i steal an apple in riverwood, then all the whiterun guards globally know about it, like they have walkie-talkies.. or they send out a pidgeon with a note, saying person x stole an apple.. therefore accost that character and make them pay it back..
that is total b.s.
i'd like them to stop adding crime gold to me, or shouting thief ! every time i open a barrel that i don't own.. even if i dont take a single item in it..
but thats another day, another modding mission.. i solved the biggest problem already.. but it could use further tuning..
hi, is it compatible with version 1.5.97, everytime i commit a crime and sheathe my weapon the guards stop pursuing me and go on about their business. once I talk to them the "by the order of the Jarl" dialogue starts. mod doesnt work for me in my full load order neither does it alone.

But, It didn't happen again and you can recover the items on the evidence chest, It is located close to your stuff when you're arrested.
