The Khan Quests were meant to be "discovered" as you travel with him to diferent locations in Skyrim following some of the main story locations, such as Bleakfalls Barrow, The college, and Solitude.

So here are the spoilers, do not read if you do not want the story spoiled.
After meeting the Khan in Bannered Mare inn and completing the first quest, if you are high enough level the Khan will have a new line of dialogue, it will send you to Solitude. If you take the carriage to Solitude head south towards the stables, there you will have another prompt to talk with the Khan, doing so will advance the quest and send you to look for a camp. At the camp you will find 3 more spellcasters, dispatching them is not enough, they will have books you can read and it will tell you the story of the Khan, optional chest is there but not essential.
Soon you will get another new line of dialogue where the Khan is asking you to head to Winterhold, there is another proc once you are near the entrance to Winterhold to talk to the Khan, please be careful to have the Khan with you, not having him with you has caused issues for some players which can only be resoved through console commands. It hasn't happened in Legacy edition so it must be something with Special Edition. I can't figure out what. You will be told to find a camp at the bottom of the cliff, and then sent to hun for summoners. Remember to loot the camps as they have nice things to get you some gold you may need later.

The final quest will be available to you at level 15 but I recommend spending some time leveling before hand as you will have to defeat 5 spell casters who can have pets, you will have to approach Riften's north gate via the road, there you will meet a skeleton who will hand you a note and disappear. There will be a quest marker for the final camp so you should find it with no big issues, but it is on the south side of Riften west of the windmill. Remember to search for the chests and notes, there are some nice gifts and the story behind the Khan being summoned.
If there are any issues please report them in the BUG tab on the mod page, it makes sure I look at them.
The story is still in progress, I've hit a wall with it a bit, but I am still here and working.

Thank you all who have downloaded the mod! I am very happy to see people enjoying it! Again, if you are having any issues, please report them in the BUGS tab! I appreciate you all!
