    Leianne has passed away at age 61 in July 2023, losing a battle to lung cancer.
    From now on she'll be smiling on us from Sovngarde.


    I will miss you so much, my dear friend. <3 Leianne was always helping, always cheerful and supportive. I watched her go through some challenging times, while always staying cheery and never complaining. Leianne was a spicy lady, so, so excitable, and I loved her so much for it. She didn't take any crap but would give the shirt off her back if someone needed it.

    She was extremely creative and loved Skyrim beyond measure. She was always working on her mods, always on new ideas. Whenever I looked at Steam, she was on Skyrim. She loved pets and got along with all animals, usually had a dog at any time in her life and this was reflected on her mods that had farms, domestic animals, and it was important to her that horses in Skyrim had proper names!

    I am the caretaker to her mods which have now been sunset. These mods can beredistributed as is, WITH CREDIT, but no edits should be made. If people wish to patch or translate her mods, it should be dependent on the original files. She expressed a wish to allow the community to translate and possibly expand her work without changing the original files or her vision. 

    If you want to use something from the mods in your own works, leave a comment and I will get back to you about it.

    Update: Version 3.1 has removed the re-spawning of the key, note and dagger - added a bonus for Bathing in the sauna (speech and cure disease).

    You're NOT required to move things from room when switching. ALL your belongings (including books) will automatically go into the chest under the stairs. You WILL be prompted to clear any plants you left growing, when switching to companion room.

    ALL characters entering the outdoor sauna will have their clothing removed and when they exit, will be given Eagleview robes to wear around the home. If you want them to wear armor - request them to equip their armor or 'take' the Eagleview robe and boots from them - they will equip their default outfit automatically. Re-finalized navmesh - fixed teleportation in tower.

    Love this house and the location is perfect!  I'm wondering if anyone else has an issue with LODs though.  I need to regenerate Dyndolod soon and was hoping to fix this before I do.  It seems that only part of the house materializes outside the active cell... not a deal breaker by any means but I'm trying to get everything as perfect as I can.

    I figured I make this its own post, it is from my comment below 

    Waterview is the base and master mod for Eagleview and Valleyview.
    Waterview esp needs "esp" renamed to "esm"
    I use Vortex. I right click Waterview mod and select "open in file manager"
    It should show a window with 3 files;
    WaterViewSkyrim - Textures.bsa
    WaterViewSkyrim.bsa
    WaterViewSkyrim.esm <----- This is what it *should* look like.

    WaterViewSkyrim.esp   <----- if it shows esp right click and select "rename" and change esp to esm

    Have tried many.  Eagleview is the best house layout available.  Much thought went into this.

    Loved the house except for one thing...no bed in the master bedroom...just the chest in the middle of the floor... :(

    installed waterview to use this mod, but waterview shows as a missing master despite being above this in load order.  only one version of waterview available on nexus, so I can't tell if it's the correct 2.0 one or not?

    Hi Leianne - I love all your mods <3.  My current character started out in Bruma living in Waterview.  She's moved to Skyrim now and has moved to Eagleview.  The Reach is beautiful and your mod has wonderful views.  I have one question. When I go out on the crafting balcony, there seems to be an invisible wall that prevents me from accessing the smithy area as well as the door to go back into the house. My character can only get within 4 ft or so of the house and the smelting area. It's not close enough for the activator to come up. I have to toggle collision off to get back into the house. That lets me walk through the invisible wall and get to the activator to open the door. I do have Eagleview loaded after Waterview, everything else is working as intended, no missing textures or anything.  I also changed the file extension as discussed in the comments. I haven't seen anyone comment about this so it may just be some kind of weird file conflict. I really want to use this house though, unfortunately I'm running Immersive Jewelry so the smelting area is vitally important to my character's livelihood lol.  If you have any advice, I'm all ears  -  thank you for sharing your mods with us!

    Edited 2 weeks later:   The weirdest thing happened. I changed ENBs and the invisible wall on the crafting balcony magically disappeared. I have no idea how that is even possible. I've been playing a modded Skyrim with ENB's since 2014 and I have never experienced anything like this. So, just a heads up to anyone who might have this bug, try removing your ENB and see what happens lol.

      I have the invisible walls problem too and I don't ENB.  I tried open in CK and delete some Collision Markers to see the results, but nope, the invisible wall stay... I don't know how to solve this.

      EDIT: I found the problem! There is a architecture item used in this exterior area that have a collision geometry that is invisible! I tell to LeianneG and she said that a remake of the mod can come in future.

    I seem to be having an issue with your dragon statues. When I turn on the child room the statue is still there buried into the wall. I can't seem to get them to despawn on any of your houses where they are located. I have waterview, eagleview, vallyview and winterview all installed. I use vortex so they should be in the right order. However, should I perhaps use loot as well?

    Quick question. 

    I know I have to have Waterview in Skyrim in order for EagleView to work, but do I have to have Waterview active too? I was thinking about using Eagleview in lieu of Waterview and use Blackthorn in that spot instead, but I wanted to make sure that would work without Waterview being activated.

    Hi at all, love your Mod's overall, but have a issue with this one. After i install and enable it with Vortex, i get the Notification .. Eagleview.esp depends on Waterviewskyrim.esm.
    I have both Waterview Skyrim AND Cyrodill installed. I hope someone can help :(

      Just look for the waterview skyrim esp file,  click on in and rename it to esm. after look for it in vortex and look to see if it its enable and ur done.

      jaderiver:  Actually, Waterview doesn't require any other mod to work.
      Eagleview and Valleyview both require Waterview to work.
      Winterview is independent and doesn't require anything else.

    I really like your mods and usually don't have any problems with them, but for eagleview the note, dagger and key just aren't there. I have the required mods, I've tried different load order placements and deleting it a bunch of times, but no luck. Is there any chance you could add the key to the trophy chest outside for people who might have the same problem?
