With this mod and the female mod, it seems to actually make the expressions so subtle that they're barely noticeable, in combat the faces of npcs are just emotionless there's no anger like there is without the mod, am i missing the point/doing something wrong? or is this the intention?
anyone having clipping issues right click on this look the information and check to see if anything is overwriting femalehead.tri or/and malehead.tri type files. copy and paste them to the location they are being overwritten. hope that helps
Some MODs partially replace morphing files for facial expressions, and are not compatible with this MOD. Normally, when replacing a morphing file, it is necessary to prepare files for all meshes, but some authors do not understand the specifications.Of course, the possibility that this MOD is the cause is not zero, but the bugs reported so far were caused by the above MOD. If there is a Tri file in the file of the mod in question, consult its author.
i was having similar problem, turned out unique character mod conflict with this to use unique character with EFA: copy femalehead.tri or/and malehead.tri from EFA to each race folder in unique character and overwrite it
Thank you for that advice, I have just spent a day trying to find what was wrong with my .tri files and then I found this and it works! Thanks again, I was loosing my will to live
Great find with the "Unique Character" mod! I would never have guessed that these mods conflict. The clipping beards were driving me nuts to the point that I had deactivated the mod for the longest time. Came back because of the HP heads generally listing this as a requirement and now finally found the source of the problem here.
This probably should be mentioned on the front page. At least for me a unique character mod is an absolute must-have. And there aren't that many to choose from atm.
Late edit: There is actually a sticky on the Unique Character page with instructions on how to fix the problem. And just to make it clear: it's not this mod's fault but the fault of Unique Character mod instead. Both mods are great but this one here works flawlessly and should not receive false blame.
To SteamyNicks13 If you have Mod Organizer 2(MO2) and right click the mod and choose the option "open in Explore" and it will open the mods' folder in the windows' explorer(if you use Window OS(operating System)). If not using another Mod Manager see it equivalent actions or if it was Manually install to go back to where you place it(I forgot where you place meshes). I think that what artistropeadope was meaning when "beard mesh" for I found a beard folder in there. I don't know really know the problem you have for I am lucky to not confront this problem but normally unticking the mod and/or follow the uninstall instruction give no problems that I can notice. the only time where simply uninstalling will not revert default setting was when trying to fix the gap in the wrist and ankle of a companion NPC because I unknowingly was putting CBBE 3BA (3BBB) meshes on a UNP body and have to put back the meshes that were removed from the Companions' mesh folder by the action of Bodyslides's output folder. Usually I have back ups for favorite Companions or if the companion come with a installer and i don't remember the choices or didn't took notes I just reinstall the Companion mod under a different name, open it in explorer and move it mesh files to the original Companion mod that I messed up. hi all I have a strange problem when I have this mod installed (also the female) and I go into my home in skyrim also some stores there is a set of teeth just like the ones pictured above just inside the door, even when start a new game without this mod installed the teeth are still there, any idea what could be causing it.thanks
I get the same issue. I always noticed it but just ignored it. But now that Im using Conversation Cam with Dragonborn VO, I noticed it is MY floating around. Both male and female do it (I use both male and female EFA).
I cant honestly say its this mod causing, but I don't have any others that affect the mouth. My search for the culprit continues....
Edit: I did find that entering Racemenu and exiting again usually resolves it for a bit.

Because EFM uses FSC's mouth texture.
and my character wont stop the default gritty teeth in combat
