   installed it, but doesn't seem to work with survival mode.

      Works for me in Survival.  Also using Toggle Compass Hotkey without issue.

   Does it get rid of the map markers on the compass only, or the enemy red dot as well?

   No more seeing that undiscovered place in the compass and going to it to find it, If it's not on a quest or on the map, you will just about have to grid walk the whole world to find everything lol

   That would be amazing. Had something similar on Oldrim, but still haven't found anything for SE.

      it's easy to customize with SSEEdit. Just open the file and set DATA - Value\Float as you like.
