Includes the main file, please do not install both! This version gives the phrases 12 to 24 hour cooldowns instead of completely removing them. Please report bug if you hear them more often. Kudos to Metalunacy for the idea.

If the main file doesn't work for you for some reason, try this one. It may have some side effects but basically it's the old version you can get for original Skyrim.
